Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

When I arrived, there was only one family inside, and no line for the drive-thru. I wanted to sit inside. But for some off reason, the lobby was closed. So we had to go to the drive thru. At this point in time, there were still no other customers. The lady who took my order was rude, and she sounded like she wanted to slit her wrists. I drove up to the second window, and paid. I waited at least TEN minutes before I got my food. Remember, still no other customers. After the ten minutes of waiting and starving, we finally got the food. And coincidentally, the lobby was opened. So we went inside and ate. In those ten minutes of waiting, the were incapable of salting the fries. At that point, I was beyond pissed. So we finished eating, and wanted to wash my hands since I was eating a burger and fried. BOTH BATHROOMS WERE CLOSED. This has need, by far, the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. One of my biggest concerns (and probably relatable) about fast food is the wait it will take to get my food. Especially during lunch breaks for work/school. My visit was during regular lunchtime rush and I was visiting on foot from a 15 minute walk. There was a long line outside for drive thru and about 5 people ahead of me inside. My order was received and fulfilled within 10 minutes of my arrival. When I got outside, the line was gone and the vehicle I saw at the back of the drive thru line upon arriving was leaving the parking lot the same time as myself. There was no rushing me along with my order or anyone before me. There was a clean interior and calm vibe as patrons ate their food at their dining tables. Normally, there are telltale signs of mismanagement at fast food establishments, but this was a refreshing view of what proper management, customer service, and a quality dining experience is supposed...

The Cuban lady at the register taking my order was very rude and kept rushing me asking me what else and this and that I’m like hold on lady let me talk. Then she proceeds to act crazy when I ask her please not to do nothing to my drinks. And starts to tell her coworkers can they believe I would think that of her. She was talking in Spanish so I simply said mam I would appreciate it if you would tell your coworkers what happened after their done making my food. Super rude and the fries were cold and she gave me no receipt. I am calling Wendy’s corporate cause their phone doesn’t work.
