Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Placed mobile order sitting in Publix. Took may 3 minutes to.work around to parking spot at Wendy's. About 5 minutes had past by that time. Went to counter, gave them my order pickup number. Lead girl stated they didnt see that order. I explained details and she finally found it in another printer where it had been ignored. Another couple of minutes gone by. I stood there watching others picking up their orders way after I had already placed mine. The lead server ignored me for another 10 minutes while I waited and waited. No smile, no sorry for the wait, no free drink or fry while I continued to wait. I finally had had enough and asked if they intended to get my order anytime today. I was told the chicken had just been dropped and would be up shortly and fresh. Why did it takeover 15 minutes to cook my two chicken patties on an order placed over 15 minutes earlier? When all said and done I received my two Classic Chicken sandwiches ordered, with nothing to account for all the time wasted waiting on an simple order. Turning to walk out I had wasted right at 20 minutes from order time right outside in the parking lot to receiving my food at the counter. Totally unacceptable!!!!the MOD should have offered an apology, free drink or something for such poor...

I used to enjoy stopping here to enjoy my free daily Fosty I get wth the keytag promotion. I like to stop here because I could not only recharge myself with a good meal at a great value, I could also recharge my cell phone/tablet/bike lights or other devices as needed while I was there. They even designed the dining room to cater to those needs with a comfortable little lounge area complete with soft cozy chairs, a coffee table, tv and even an electric fireplace to make that my more welcoming. Along with that area, they also had a long bar like seating area where you sit looking out the window. Both areas were equipped with ample amounts of electrical outlets so, combined with their free wifi, they were great when needing somewhere to either recharge or a little retreat to work on a project on your laptop. Well, that was until recently when all the outlets were replaced with blank plates and the soft cozy seats were replaced with a couple high top tables pushed together. The early morning manager just tells people to wait in the front. Even with no cars behind you. There is a timer for a reason. This is suppose to be fast food. Also the food is terrible in the morning, when they run out of things they DO NOT COMMUNICATE that at all and instead substitute things without your consent. Give me an option of something else or a refund and do NOT make the choice for me. The frosty-cinnos always have melted ice and yesterday the cup was filled more than half way with cream. I couldn't even drink it. Today it tastes worse than gas station coffee (which have been upping there game tbh). They gave my daughters kids meal a burger with everything (onions, pickles, lettuce, ketchup) but I ordered hers plain with cheese. Wendy's corporate, please train your staff better on service and even on how to make the items.
