Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed a to go order and I received an email that it would be ready in 25 minutes, I got to the restaurant early and one of the servers said it would be 15 minutes until it was ready which was great at the time because it matched the predicted pick up time. When I went back in to get the food, I was informed it would be another 25 minutes. After an hour, my food was finally ready in which they didn’t even follow the special instructions (I asked for removal of an item that came on the meal) and the food quality/taste was poor and did not match the social media advertising. I went in the restaurant to speak to the manager, a woman, who told me that it was my fault ordering the wrong item (which I expressed that I did in fact order the correct thing) but she continued to misplace the blame on me and that the restaurant does not issue refunds, only to order something else instead which she told us would have been another hour wait. We ordered the Sushi Burrito which is not on the menu but Ileana asked if they would make it, they did and we were not disappointed at all! Delicious! La comunicacion es de mucha importancia para evitar malos entendidos. El volumen de la musica no debe estar muy alta, los meseros no podian escuchar las ordenes de los clientes. Cuando el restaurante está lleno a capacidad el aire acondicionado no funciona haciendo NO placentera el disfrute de la comida.
