Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

I drove up to the speaker and said hello. Waited a couple of seconds and said hello again. That's when I got yelled at through the speaker at 8:55 am. Some unhappy lady (unhappy with her job) yelled, "Señor me puede dar un minuto, God!" Which mean Give me a second, but in a bad way and yelling. I was shocked and a million things went through my head. It was obvious I couldn't get my breakfast there anymore. Unless I was willing to have a side of their special ingredients. So, I drove forward to the window. Then, the unhappy creature closes the window and refuses to help me.

Now, I wrote a review almost immediately, but it never showed up. I called the help line and was not giving a reason nor an explanation. However, Jean(the rep at customer support) gave me the district managers number. I called the district manager. She apologized numerous times and asked me how to help. I asked for an apology from the unhappy creature. She said fine and we were supposed to meet today where I was getting an apology in person. That's was taking place at 1pm, it is now 4pm and the district manager won't even answer my calls. I AM DONE WITH WENDY'S AND I WILL...

I walked into this Wendy’s ready to order. I was the only one in line waiting for someone to assist me; multiple associates walked past me and simply ignored me. A manager, her name begins with a T (couldn’t get a good look Terra, Tara) sees me, makes eye contact with me and proceeds to turn her head and continue her conversation with another associate. A simple hey give us a sec would have sufficed. I do not need much attention but after standing for 10 minutes just waiting to be attended I decided to leave. An associate outside saw me leave (he also saw me enter) with nothing and asked me if someone took my order, I said no and he asked me if I wanted to go back inside and he could help me. It was a nice gesture and very kind of him. I politely declined and went on my way. Again I do not need too much attention but really, ignoring a customer blatantly is one of the biggest no no’s in customer...

How can i describe how mad the Drive-thru cashier got me.i ordered i asked for a coke as i was leaving i drank some of my soda it tasted like seltzer water you know when the syrup is out so i go back to the drive thru i tell her my soda doesnt taste right she tells me to come to window she doesnt understand what im saying so i went to window she changes the soda im giving her the first one so she can throw away since they dont have a trash can outside. Her statement to me she cant take that cup because of corona. I was really let me see you have gloves on you've been touching every single dollar bill and credits cards ppl given you with them gloves and you handed me my food and my drink but you worried about getting corona from grabbing the cup you gave me you werent worried when you took my debit card. And to top off second drink tasted nasty aswell will definitely not...
