Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

I didn’t even get to dine-in. I walked in and walked up to the register to place my order. Mind you no one is in the restaurant. There were 2 young women working the window for drive through and 3 young men working the kitchen. I waited by myself in no line for 7 minutes while watching 2 of the men using the N word multiple times and just cutting up. No one greeted me and no one came to take my order. After about 7 minutes one of the gentleman finally came up to me to tell me to use the self serve kiosk. I asked politely if I could place my order with him where he let me know the register was closed and I had to use the self serve kiosk. First off I’m not an employee of Wendy’s. I was not paid to be trained to place my own order on the company’s computer system. I will be sure to contact corporate in regards to the horrendous display of customer service and to sit there and be subjected to 2 young men calling each other the N word. The owner needs to get involved!! Unprofessional and low class is how I would sum up...

We have a large family. We ordered 5 meals, nothing too crazy and didn't make any changes. Pulled up to the window and was told it isn't common to get a large order like that so they are going to knock out the single orders of people behind us that ordered. We figured like one or two people. Nope 15 minutes later I had to go into the store to get our food order, which still wasn't ready. 4 employees were in the store and 1 was at window, two were making the food, and the 4th was basically lost. I could have made the meals faster than they could. The worst part is one of the employees apologized and said he knew it was frustrating and that he was used to being yelled at, which I didn't do(went in cause hubby is the yeller), and the manager just accepts this? What happened to protecting your employees and training your team...

my kids were very hungry came from school activities so I thought would be fast to go to drive, this lady tells us she will be with us in few,she did not take our order for 15 mins,so I said heloo are thier few times no reply, so I thought there something broken with headphones or something so I drived up I see two young girls are eating there I I drived up to 2 window, this woman giving attitude,,she says she was busy fixing order,I should have wait to order, I understand that part n waited 15 mins and few time called her if she was thier,I think she should have told use to wait more I could have waited more ,but now she wants me go back in line n order,(there wss 4 cars,i didn't have to go back wait an onther hour for them to take order every 15 minutes, for each car, Very rude person who ever it was n didn't ever...
