Wings 'N Things Cortez — Restaurant in Florida

Wish there could be no stars. Both female servers were very rude (Tammy and Josephine. Although Josephine wasn't as bad as Tammy). Both had horrible attitudes and were arguing amongst eachother before we even sat down. Tammys attitude started when the lady I was with asked for no lemon in her water. Once drinks were brought she took our order. My family of 5 and their family of 3. 2 separate checks. We had to remind her multiple times what we had ordered because we were missing food. My order was wrong. I told Josephine (who wasn't our waitress) and she said it would be a wait for the correct food. I waited almost 30 minutes for my sandwich. One of the ladies I was with was missing part of her food and was also given the wrong thing. She asked Tammy for her carrots and celery and blue cheese and never received it. Tammys attitude just got worse. When she told Tammy that she didn't order chicken tenders she had ordered the tenderloin pieces Tammy argued with her and the lady said she didn't want a replacement she just wanted it off the check since she didn't even eat it. Tammy, (attitude growing) said that's what you ordered and im not going to argue with you. We didn't see Tammy again for the next 30 minutes. She was serving all her other tables and completely ignoring us. One of the other ladies I was with had to go find someone and ask for boxes and our checks. Tammy came over and very rudely handed us our checks. When we went to pay for them she got really loud and told us to never come back. They also charged 15% gratuity on both checks for parties of 6 or more. I was a party of 5 and they were a party of 3. There was 2 other families there complaining of their attitudes as well. She would not tell me when the manager would be in. These people should NOT work in the service industry. Please, do not go here. Save your money and time and go somewhere else if you don't want to be treated like trash. I'm wondering if they are a bit prejudice like some other the other reviews because we had a black child with us and the other tables that were complaining were Hispanic. Until something is done with the wait staff I will not return. I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before going here. Tammy is a nasty lady. Seems the management needs to step it up or this...

Went out with another family it was our 1st time there.right off the bat the waitress Tammy had an attitude with us.she is also the manager,we ordered,it took a long time for our food to arrive,and wrong orders where brought,1 wasn't brought at all and they took so long to bring it that the other 7 of us were done eating including 4 kids.watress Tammy argued they we did get the right food and another table of about 10 people ask another waitress for napkins to which they were told they would have to Waite till she finished cleaning a table and there wernt any people waiting to be seated at that time.i had to get up and go to register and ask for take out containers and our ck which our server Tammy wouldn't even come and give us the bills.when we were finally at the register the added a tip to our bills which we didn't approve charged us for stuff we didn't order and the worst part is I believe they are prejudice as the other table they were being so rude to were Spanish and we had a black child with us and we are white.i told Tammy who told us to never come back that she should know better than to act like a jerk( not the wording I used ) anyway I loudly said she was disrespectful to us and others and should be fired.she said some choice words in return.never ever,ever eat there unless they hire so respectful, polite people who don't care what ones...

The way they have their delivery set up with these other companies to come in and deliver for them is horrible six times I've tried to order 30 to 50 wings I live 2 miles away and I cannot seem to get any food ordered you cannot call the place and order for delivery because they don't have somebody to deliver because they go through those other companies I think it's really stupid to rely on other companies to deliver your food I've had the wings from there and they're delicious that's why I was trying to order some but I have to find a new place to eat wings now because I am over it I do not suggest you try to order with these people going there picking it up or eating in I'm sure it's fantastic wonderful place but don't offer delivery if you can't get something delivered I think that's really crappy I think it's really stupid that you can't have a delivery person that works for the company that offers delivery instead of going through these other doordash food Dash whatever Dash toast stuff I've never even heard of some wanting more information from you and more fees and it's stupid think about it you're a local wing business maybe it's just me and I don't know what I'm talking about but I think it's sad that you can't call a place in order some food 2 mi down the street because you can't get down there to pick it up pretty sad good...
