The quality of the food AND service has gone down. The staff has acted like they had all the time in the world and all the customers could wait. We come here A LOT and it has never changed. Getting here today, it seemed that the line was moving quicker but we entered the line at 9:14pm and it is now 9:49pm and we were asked to park and wait for our food. But before we got to this point, we spent 12 minutes at the ordering box and I was continuously asked to "hold on" just before I placed my order, then I heard "Can you hold on?" . Finally about 8 minutes in, I say "Ma'am... Hello???" I was greeted again with "Yes, you can place your order when you are ready".... Like seriously? I replied "I already ordered when I was told to hold on." To which she replies "OK, Your can pull up to the window." I get up to the window, wait another about 6 minutes, watching as how they were just standing there looking like they forgot they had a job to do. Then back to the point we were asked to park in space #2, which there was already a car parked up ahead of us and then another in space 1 so I pulled in to space 2 at 9:49pm. It is now 9:57pm and another car has pulled in next to me and there is a different car just after the ordering window. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Not to mention they are supposed to close at 10pm and as of right now at 9:59pm our food was finally brought out to us... Cold... This is ridiculous. This is a every time thing, please choose another zaxby's. This one doesn't care about...
Read moreHighly disgusting and extremely disappointed. My son ordered Uber from Zaxby's not realizing how late it was in the day and we had not had dinner. I ordered my usual salad minus the tomatoes I wish I had noted TO LEAVE OUT THE HAIR!!!!! in my salad as well. The first bite I took, I had to pull out a piece of hair from my mouth the disgust I'm still trying to process it the morning after. It was reported to Uber for a refund because Zaxby's will wipe their hands instead of trying to make it right with their customer they rather point the finger at Uber as if they were the ones who prepared my food. We were never issued a refund either. They have some nerve for what they price the items on their menu for them to not take the extra step and make sure that everyone who is touching and preparing food has freaking hair nets on. As I always say to my son we're better off preparing and cooking our meals at home. They should be ashamed of themselves not taking the initiative to make it right with the customer, instead they put the blame on Uber who is just another service that is delivering the food who should not be held accountable for food that was prepared in the restaurant. Read moreI'll echo the experience of others who have acknowledged the rude and inept staff at this location. I purchased a chicken finger plate and a kids meal only to find out that after I had left that I was missing a chicken finger in my meal and there was no chicken in the kids meal, just a box of fries. I had to coach the "manager" on how to remedy the situation, spend my time and gas driving back to fix their error and experience their non existent customer service from the two ladies working when I returned. They stood there talking to each other before they asked that I wanted. I had to explain why I was returning and what I was told the "remedy" would be for their initial error.
I brought it to the attention of Zaxby's corporate, and their excuse is that this is a franchise location and corporate can not remedy the issue. The franchisee has failed to acknowledge the issue brought to their attention, and it is clear by how their staff acts that management is nonexistent.
