I’ve witnessed this location going down hill over the past few years. Customer service is horrible due to teens who need to be put in their place, the food is subpar and over priced, and there are always people waiting for food in the parking lot. Today, I ordered on the app and the only “zero” option they offer on the app is Coke. When I arrived the girl hadn’t made the drinks yet so I asked if she could switch the Coke Zero for Sprite Zero. Not sure if she wasn’t listening or if I wasn’t clear, but she came back with my Coke Zero and switched my son’s Sprite to Sprite Zero. I said she must have misheard me, but it wasn’t a big deal and I could fix it at the machine in the lobby, but she insisted on fixing it herself. I could see her speaking about me to the girl working the windows, who then looked at me dirty, and rolled her eyes. When she came back I was tempted to dump what she’d done and do it myself since her demeanor was that of a bratty teenager who’d been inconvenienced, but I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I just took my stuff and left. When I got home, I took three sips of my drink and that was it. When I opened the cup, it was filled completely to the lid with ice, no soda. I poured a sparkling water into the cup to see how much soda I’d actually gotten, and less than half a can fit with all the ice. I paid extra for a large and got less than I would have with a regular. The girl was rude and petty. I’m so disappointed in the customer service these days, no matter where you go. People need to remind their kids that they should have respect for others and learn to admit when they’re wrong. I called and spoke to Willie, the assistant manager (or so he said) who seemed genuinely sorry, and said he’d speak with “A” about what she’d done. Read moreI started ordering my food online I called the store to ask how can I order online to where I can say toss the food in a sauce since I did not see that option I called the store the young lady that answered the phone tell me her name was Indy or India I asked her how can we advise online to toss the chicken tenders in the sauce she explained that she had no idea how to tell me how to do that so I said OK I’m just gonna have to go in I drive up there in the rain just to get to the store and there’s two young ladies at the window one had an attitude because I asked her to let me ask and speak to the manager did not have a complaint was more concerned on if there was an option when ordering to toss the tenders in a sauce and if the employees there knew how to direct a customer in doing so not surprised on the answer I received from the manager he stated not all employees had a chance to look at the online menu. What aggravates about this visit is one I didn’t want to go out in the rain I was actually trying to order Uber eats. Two the name I was given I was told there was no one there by that name (mind you I wrote it down). Three the young lady with glasses who worked the drive thru window slammed it shut since I asked for a manager. Read moreI have never in my 45 years had a worse experience in a restaurant than may 27, 2022 at this location. I went in the drivethru because they are the only restaurant left that has the dining room closed due to covid but ok. So the drive thru was busy so I expected longer than normal times and I was ok with that. At the window the manager is arguing with an employee apparently sending her home and i paid and was swnt to park in the nimymber 2 skot. As I sat in the number 2 slot I watched 1,3,4,5,6, and 7 get their food. The poor manager I could tell the last thing he wanted to do was come tell me they didn't have my food after a solid hour of waiting but headed on out and did just that so an hour and 15 minutes later I got my food and a comped meal next time but I'm scared of a repeat performance it was total breakdown of whatever system they have of getting food out the window complete breakdown and failed. On a positive note my food was fresh hot and very good so that was nice but once you comit to the drive-thru your there for the duration to turn out no refunds.. the pictures I'm posting are of the chaos behind the counter and of all the cars they took money from and parked in exile.
