STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS! We do not have to accept nasty customer service for a food we like! THERE are other chicken joints with people who WANT to work there! Because at the end of the day, they need our business! PERIODT! Lets stop letting people treat us BAD because they think we need their product! WE HAVE CHOICES!!!!!!! I am so angry!!! My husband went thru drive thru on 9/14/22 @ 235 pm, ordered an 8 pc with a large mashed potatoes. Paid $27 and was told to drive up to yellow pole and they would bring it out. He waited 15 minutes for our order and got home and it was fricking wrong! How? Why? I called the store at 430 Blanding Blvd and spoke with, so she said, district manager. TIANNA and my family will no longer order anything from this facility! Ever! I have never been treated so nasty and unprofessional by a customer service representative. Let's just say that this is a chicken joint that never has chicken ready and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told by Tianna to bring the order back to store to be reimbursed or replaced. I would not have had a problem with this had her TONE AND ATTITUDE been more respectful. She acted as if we stole the chicken, not waited for the wrong order. So, we should just take what we get and be happy. If we are not then WE can trek back up to the facility to ASK that they correct a mistake that THEY made. So now i am out of money, time and gas. Was that fricking chicken worth it? Even when I go there at 10 am, Opening hour, they are not able to produce product because "we are short staffed". That's the customers fault too. Done with them! 9/15/22 follow up: I received a call from Clay County Sheriff Dept. Because APPARENTLY Tianna felt threatened after she was nasty on phone with unprofessional customer service. I DIGRESS!!!!! if this Popeyes hires this caliber of employees, never open on time, excuses for not having chicken ready at a chicken joint, given 15 minures to make order and STILL GET IT WRONG!!! Read moreNot the best customer service ... They chose to close at 10:25pm even though they are suppose to close at 11pm.... I arrived to the speaker and the lady manager inside did not acknowledge me, even though she and her workers saw me pulling in.I waited patiently then drove around to the window only for them to not acknowledge me once again. I did absolutely nothing to them, but be a customer/delivery driver. When she (manager) finally decided to come to the window as I waited patiently again only for her to tell me "we are closed because I have no workers" even though there're cleary workers available. Just down right wrong ... People like this make us look bad. Just lazy and inconsiderate. All of them including her had nasty attitudes.. some people should NEVER work in retail! Having no valid reason to close a store down early is extremely unprofessional and shows your lack of ability to BE professional. Popeyes I know you can do better than this !!!! Until you do, you will always have customers like me experiencing issues at this location. If you don't like dealing with the general public DO NOT get a job in retail!! Read moreSo glad they got rid of some of the other staff they had there about 2 months ago the service was really lacking they were rude and not approachable as if we were bothering them by coming in the girl who took our order was impatient and kept rolling her eyes about each question we asked we simply asked if our order can be made fresh I dislike old chicken when I dont know how long the food has been sitting plus it taste better when it's fresh out the fryer. So after asking her she had an attitude explaining repeatedly all the chicken was fresh and put the chicken that was on the rack in the box and gave it to us we didn't feel like urging the point and just took the order and left we got home and the chicken wasn't as fresh as she stated there were pieces that were sitting for awhile and we didn't eat the pieces because they were to dry so we decided to not go to the location again fast forward 2 months we went in and they changed staff and all those issues went away the staff is now a breath of fresh air they are entertaining and pleasant to speak to we asked once again to have our order made fresh and they were like no problem and food was out in 8 minutes and while waiting staff kept us updated and held conversation with us to keep us calm while waiting we appreciated it and food was hot...
