There are two lines and they get served at random, so sometimes somebody may pull in after you and get helped before you if the worker decides to go to their car first. Thereās not a method, they just randomly walk around and take orders at the window. The only menu is at the front and itās digital and thereās so much printed on it you can not see it because itās small font and by the time you get close enough to see it youāre going to be ushered to pull forward with the other cars leaving you no opportunity to even see the menu. Then they come to your window and ask what you want when you could never see the menu š I suggest looking up what you want online before you go. Also once you pull into the line youāre literally trapped. If you had some type of emergency god forbid itās medical you would not be able to exit the line until you wait 10-20mins for all the cars to get through. At first everyone was very attentive and friendly and now they look miserable and understaffed most times. The kitchen gives very hectic vibes and once my drink was so sweet I almost gagged. Another time it was my time to pull forward under the awning carport thing to get my drink and itās a very tight squeeze bc thereās little poles at the front you want to be sure not to hit them and they are short so its actually hard to see them so make sure not to swing wide and as I was pulling forward and paying close attention to the pole so i didnāt hit it a male worker walked briskly in front of my car to the far lane and I almost bumped into him, then the other female worker who saw it seemed like she tried to instigate a fight between us and told the worker how didnāt he see I almost hit himā¦.
Like why are you practically running across lanes made for cars without looking or without first giving pause to make sure they see you. Be careful, make sure no oneās car is moving before speed walking in front of cars and then trying to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to 7 brew tonight to get the same drink I always order. A large iced brunette with light ice. I always stress light ice because the colder the drink is, it denatures the nuances of the actual coffee flavor. The drink comes out with extra ice. My drink cost $8.83 with a $2 tip, so $10.83 total. It took 10 minutes of back and forth, with them dumping out the first drink to remake it 2/3 full, and me asking why is it different from the drink I order every day sometimes twice a day, for the girl to tell me that they usually add more milk. So I asked her why can't I just pay for more milk? She proceeds to demonstrate using the measuring cup, the different ounces that they use to construct this drink. I ask again can I not just pay for extra milk? She said yes it's a dollar. Why did I waste 10 minutes of my time and lose my interest in getting the drink? Why couldn't you just tell me that it's an upcharge for filler with a light ice drink? Do you think I would have paused at the extra dollar? Would it have cut into your $2 tip? No instead you choose to lose a customer because you have no idea of how not to suck the joy out of people's nights. How hard is it to use common sense and polite straightforward speech? I am so frustrated with the service at the this location. It never happens anywhere else. The sad thing is you looked me straight in the face and tell me you know that this changes the flavor of the drink that I want, but you're still going to serve it to me that way. No absolutely not. That is not what I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe usually get the iced blondies made a certain way and they always deliver with consistency. Friendly environment. The people are always so nice.
An experience I feel is worth noting though would be the time a silver car cut off four other customers, including myself, and flipped everyone off - with their children in the backseat. The queue was backed up into a parking lot, where myself and the rest of the cars were stopped so as not to impede the normal flow of traffic.
A different car had previously jumped ahead without realizing. They respectfully pulled around to get in queue upon realizing their mistake.
However, the occupants of the silver car were feeling frisky. They seemed to have left their basic sense of decency and respect somewhere on the road before they got there. Despite their behavior, which the attendants acknowledged, their order was taken and they managed to get their drinks before the other vehicles. They seemed pleased with their service as they drove away smiling and flipping everyone off.
The reason I decided to include this in my review is not because of the "customers" behavior; it is because I feel they should have been told to get in queue, or simply refused service - not rewarded and expedited. I'll probably put a hold on going to this location...
