I ALWAYS ORDER PIZZA ONLINE FOR MY BOYS USUALLY FROM DOMINOS OR IMOS, WHICH I SHOULD HAVE TONIGHT. WE DECIDED TO SWITCH IT UP TODAY AS WE OFTEN DO. I ONLY ORDER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE FOR DELIVERY IF I KNOW I WILL WORK A LITTLE LATE AS I ALWAYS DO WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUE FROM OTHER PIZZA PLACES. SO I SUBMITTED A ORDER ONLINE AT 6:30pm WHICH TOTALED $30.23. AT 7:45pm MY SON TEXTED ME STATING THE PIZZA NEVER CAME SO I CALL THE STORE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. THE MALE WHO ANSWERED COULD NOT TELL ME WHY BUT PUT ME ON HOLD TO COME BACK AND SAY I PUT IT IN FOR PICK UP NOT DELIVERY. OKAY, I CAN JUST GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I'LL COME BY SO I KNOW I'M GETTING MY REFUND BACK TO MY CARD. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STORE I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND THE "MANAGER" GIRL WHO WAS HELPING ME WITH THE REFUND TOLD ME AFTER I ASKED HER WHY AFTER ALMOST TWO HOURS NO ONE COULD GIVE ME A COURTESY CALL TO SEE WHY I DIDNT COME PICK UP MY ORDER SAID "WHY WOULD WE CALL YOU TELL SHE WHY YOU DIDNT COME GET FOOD YOU ORDERED " SHE CONTINUED TO GET SMART SO I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME MY REFUND BECAUSE SHE HAD ME F* UP. SHE THEN TOLD ME I HAD HER FUP AND TO GET MY REFUND AND GET THE F* OUT OF HER STORE. SO WE ARE NOW ARGUING VERY LOUD CURSING EACH OTHER OUT WHILE ABOUT SIX EMPLOYEES JUST STAND THERE THINKING ITS FUNNY. I LEAVE OUT BUT THEN I CAME BACK IN THE STORE AND ASKED THE GUY THAT HAD BEEN STANDING AT THE REGISTER THE ENTIRE TIME IF HE COULD GIVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, HE NEVER ADDRESSED ME HES LOOKING AT THE "MANAGER" THE WHOLE TIME. SHE THEN GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEFORE I WALKED OUT THE STORE I SAID B* YOU WILL NOT HAVE A JOB HERE TOMORROW. HER WORDS RIGHT BACK WERE "B**" I PROMISE YOU I WILL STILL BE WORKING HERE TOMORROW, SMH. SHE THEN SAID I CAME IN THE STORE WITH AN ATTITUDE, WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. I ONLY ASKED A QUESTION A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASK WHEN THEY HAVE PAID THEIR MONEY. SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE I WAS COMING FROM AS A CUSTOMER. SHE DON'T KNOW WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN GOING ON. MY BOYS WERE WAITING FOR THEIR DINNER FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS AND ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHAT HAPPENED. IF IT WAS MY MISTAKE THEN THATS MY MISTAKE. AFTER DEALING WITH THIS MESS I NEVER MADE IT HOME WITH DOMINOS UTIL AFTER 9pm. I TOO WORKED FOR A VERY WEALTHY FAMILY OWNED COMPANY, AND I HOLD A VERY SERIOUS TITLE. WHAT I DO KNOW IS ME AND MY EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN CURSED OUT THREATENED AND SO ON BUT GUESS WHAT WE WOULD NEVER EVER SPEAK TO OR TREAT ANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS PERSON DID ME TODAY. I DON'T DO REVIEWS OR CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD AND I'VE EXPERIENCE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS. THIS WAS HORRIBLE. HER AND ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT WERE WORKING THIS SHIFT TONIGHT WITH HER TONIGHT. PAPA JOHNS IS ACTUALLY MY FAVORITE PIZZA NOT MY BOYS, BUT I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFE THIS LOCATION OR ANOTHER GIVE ANOTHER DIME OF MINE TO HELP TAKE CARE OF A PERSON WORKING THIS COMPANY TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS. Read moreTypically I choose this location in the florissant area, but lately this location has really gone down in the customer service and order accuracy department. Last weekend I ordered two pizzas, one of which was inaccurate. So I called to the store and the manager said he would put in for me a "quality pizza order" so all I would have to do is call it in and they will see my order in the computer and remake it for me. So in trying to reorder my pizza by phone I was hung up on 4 different times. Two times in being transfered to the "front desk" for them to help and twice calling the actual local Papa John's. So I decided to go to the store. When I arrived I tried to explain to the person taking my order what happened and he buts in saying "so you placing an order?" So I gave him my number the order was placed under and he didn't see the quality pizza order. I explained to him what the manager told me by saying "the manager said if I call or come up you guys would remake it" he said "look. I'm not gonna argue about making no pizza, we got a long line behind you (which was one or two people) so what you want on the pizza" I was shocked at the amount of rudeness and lack of empathy! Read moreSAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND SANITY!!! DONT ORDER HERE!! I see I'm not alone. I placed an order tonight online. I placed it at 439pm got the confirmation email and everything. 44 minutes. After 1 hour 15 minutes I checked the tracker. It said my food was in route. I waited another 10 minutes and it said it was delivered. I had no food. I CALLED. The guy answering the phone said no we're busy and it's on the way. I waited another 20 minutes and called back. I asked for a refund. The guy did it and basically blew me off. I called back for a manager. They gave me the run around asked a million questions. I had to literally tell them I'm standing outside i have no food. When I called back I here the girl say my order was never even made!! I asked for a manager. So after putting me on hold for over 10 minutes I hung up. I called back and they started hanging up on me. I called 4 times. Finally get the manager on the phone. Who was totally rude and could have cared less. I work in escalations. I know how to diffuse situations. He did not! I will never order here again and I hope no one else dlesdoes. No one even apologized or offered any type of let me see what I can do.
