Phone Factory — Local services in Florissant

I came in because my iPhone 15 plus needed a new battery and every other store I had called was either closed for the weekend or claimed they couldn’t fix a phone that needed. Best Buy quoted me $300 and batteries plus said they would have to find a battery and call around. I came to phone factory and was greeted by Ray. She was super sweet and did a great job of explaining everything I needed to get done to fix my phone. I came just for the battery but they even fixed a few cracks in my phone for just 190! She quoted me an hour and 30 minutes and it was done before the estimated time. They have lots of cute phone cases and accessories available for sale and after purchasing one she even put them on for me! I would definitely come back for any electronic needs I have. Dealing with phone factory has been an AMAZING experience and the customer service is out of this world amazing. I originally took my iPhone 15 pro max to them for a battery issue that I thought was due to liquid damage. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to try to fix the issue although the issue wasn’t resolved (not due to them) but, it being more of a software issue. Apology NOT accepted because you told me it would be fixed and returned to me in less then 24 hours. If I had known it was going to be longer I would of took it to another shop and got it back within hours but since your shop was within blocks of my house I figured I'd give you a try AND YOU FAILED and in turn it cost me money and time. Then to tell me three (3) times after your 24 hours were up that you'll call me when it's done.
