The one star is for offering the self serve dog wash. However what's the point of having one if the employees aren't going to enforce the rules? I go in at 7:15pm & there's only 2 dogs ahead of me and one is already being washed. The guy ahead of me literally walked in one minute before me. After 20 minutes (which is the alloted time for each pet wash per their rules & signage) I start asking for updates and all the employees say is that they should be finishing up. Here comes 8pm and I'm upset and I have to go back and tell the two inconsiderate people that they're over their time because none of the 3 employees working would. Which I partly understand since they probably don't get paid much to deal with the drama and two of them looked like teenagers, but they should always have a manager or someone with authority onsite to enforce the policies. I get my dog cleaned in 10 minutes so I'm leaving at 8:20pm now, tell me why the guy that came in one minute before me is still being allowed to wash his dog? There was a couple with two dogs that were waiting as well (they probably came like 5 minutes after I did) so the employees knew there was a line of people waiting but none had the backbone to tell those other people to hurry up. Also, the dryers do suck which is probably why the woman with the white dog thought she was entitled to stay in the station until her dog was completely dry but that's not how it works - 20 minutes that's it. When the store helper was letting us view him , she noticed he had ringworm. So she stated we would have to wait for the ringworm to clear before getting him. All of us were sad we couldn’t take him home that day, but was determined to get him. I called EVERY WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS. Every time I was told he was still healing & they’d call once he was ready. I called today for them to tell me they sold him. We’ve been waiting for him for a WHOLE MONTH. Purchased a habitat for him & all! To be told now he is gone. The manager Alisha claims they called & left a msg but I didn’t receive either. All she said was sorry & that they couldn’t hold the Guinea pig. Just saying sorry doesn’t fix anything. She didn’t try to compensate or find another solution. She couldn’t even give me a name of person or day/time they supposedly called. At that point I don’t even think they tried calling me. Read moreBe wary of their autoship and delivery option. We called the day of our scheduled delivery and was told by a rude girl on the phone that someone had picked it up. It never arrived. We called 3 additional times to figure this out. We spoke to the manager who said she would get it fixed for us and would call us back. Fast forward a week later and no delivery so we stopped in to speak to the manager. Boy, was she rude! She said she passed out ticket onto IT and there was nothing she could do. She didn't seem to care at all. She kept telling us we were the issue and the issue was on our end. When I told her that we were just going to have to go through Chewy because they were reliable she interrupted me and said "So am I." Clearly she isn't because she couldn't be bothered to call us back and we still haven't received any help. We had planned to purchase litter that day but just left and will not be back. You don't keep customers by telling them some glitch in your system is their fault and never calling them back.
