Celano's Family Pizzeria Flower Valley — Restaurant in Florissant

Okay so this particular Cecil Whittaker's is a decent place, good food but I honestly don't know how friendly the staff are or the service level my sister has ordered from them several times for dinner and the food is always good. I had my first experience with them when I went in to redeem my Birthday reward as I have done every year for about 7 years but it was always at the Saint Charles location as I worked and at one point lived out there. However, to my surprise when I walked into this location I was told in a very hesitant voice "we don't do Rewards " and I look at my phone at my reward and say ok and walk out, as I am sitting in my car I type on Cecil Whittaker Rewards and only 3 locations pop up and "surprisingly" all reward locations are in predominantly caucasian areas, hmmmm. Then I became a bit upset as to why the African American Community Cecil Whittaker's franchise is unable to offer its consumers rewards of any sort but the others are especially when this has become a mixed race community that used to be predominantly caucasian? I just don't feel it's right that I have to drive 30 minutes or further away to redeem my Birthday Reward when I have a Cecil Whittaker's location 10 minutes from my home, I am not even saying that you need to incorporate a Rewards program for the area although it would be beneficial to the business because Rewards are never enough to feed a family but it's enough to bring in a customer for the reward and ultimately cause more revenue because we end up spending more to achieve either exactly what we want or to accommodate a full family dinner. However, I am only saying that it would be more convenient that even if you didn't offer rewards that you at least allow for redemption of the birthday reward at all locations, you don't have to even promote it, for one you would actually earn new business because only 3 locations offer Rewards and that business would stay with you regardless just because you honored a reward throughout the franchise just as Imo's Pizza does. Okay I am done, I have spoken my piece, again, good food at this location provided by my sister for several dinners but I personally will not do business at this location only because Cecil Whittaker's is not my first choice for pizza but because of the rewards program sweetened the deal I gave them a try and actually ended liking them even though they are not my #1 choice but do rank...

Eating take out in north county has become a bit of a treacherous undertaking. I say that because businesses in this area are predatory and literally hate their clientele. Celanos has a Tuesday special where they charge $5.55 for large cheese pizzas. Additional toppings are $2.00, which is more than they normally are, which I get. My issue with this location is that for some reason, when I called to order the special, they informed me that extra toppings would be $3, not the advertised $2. This is not the case at other Celanos locations, just this one that serves mainly black people. They aren't alone. I actually won't buy food in this area because the people providing the services are just that nasty and rude. I thought that this situation warranted the feedback because they are OK with not honoring their own pricing agreements when if they could just raise the price of the toppings (which makes the special less attractive but at least honors those who take their time to call them in the first place), it would show respect for those who want to spend money with them. Well how I spend over $50 and you still want to charge me for dipping sauce as if ranch or blue cheese is not supposed to come as one dipping sauce then any other is extra??.. if I purchase your wings like any other pizza place you should get a ranch or blue cheese with your order… I’m not going to pay for ranch or blue cheese when it should come with like any other pizza place!! Last time ordering from here when they’re trying to over charge and make more money…. These places I stay away from because they’re trying make up what they don’t make.
