I recently order online through google and had my brother go to pick it up. When he got there they were asked for a name, even though google didnt prompt for one, so i had to dig for the order comp number. This all took about 20 minutes, from when he got there to when he was able to leave with the order.
When he got home and we sat down to eat, i noticed that all the wings ordered were boneless, not bone-in like i had ordered. So i called the store a few times, about 3, with the intent to claim a partial refund, because boneless wings cost less that bone-in. Each call was on hold for a few minutes each. No one ever picked up and i never got my refund.

This location I used to love!! I went today with my grandbaby and a friend. We was seated by the bar! The waitress never acknowledged our presence. She walked pass never introduced herself. We sat for 30 minutes and I got up and John who sat us got water and silverware for the table. She never took our order and continued to walk passed us. Then she became rude and told me you don't want me to come from behind the counter??? I advised her you NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED OUR PRESENCE. SHE WANTED TO ARGUE?? NEVER WILL I GO BACK. No the customer is not always right. But in this case we were. My friend acknowledged she never waited on us. No water or silverware. We were ignored....

I order through door dash, when I received my food it didn't have a protection seal on it first mistake. It was warm which I was good with that. I order 16 bone in wings. I started to eat my dinner the first 4 was on point, picked up the 5th one which it didn't taste the same, so I broke it open to find out it wasn't cooked properly ok throw that one to the side so I started to go through all he chicken believe it or not the other 12 was raw! I called the number and didn't get an answer. If I could have I would've rate a big fat ZERO. I will never ever buy from...
