Drive-thru print on outdoor menu is too small, and the menu is not 100% accurate. The jelly donut I received was covered in granules of white cain sugar as opposed to the picture of the powered sugar jelly donut on the menu. Drive thru lady crumpled and disposed of my receipt and closed the window and quickly turned around before I could ask for my receipt. I had to wave her down for her to open the window again and pull it out of the trash and give it to me. As I was driving while eating my Boston creme donut, the chocolate on the surface over the part where the creme was inside melted and ran off the donut and onto my hand. Read moreAbout two weeks ago, I had a big order at Dunkin’ and was honestly a little embarrassed walking in with so much to order. But Kara and Bri were absolutely amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, reassured me it was totally fine, and were just so kind throughout the whole process.
One of the drinks accidentally fell, and they handled it with so much grace cleaned it up quickly, made a new one right away, and never made me feel bad about it. On top of that, they even helped me carry everything out to my car!
