Terrible experience here. I went through the drive through on July 18, ordered my food, paid for it at the first window, and then drove up to the second window to get my order. The young lady there gave me a bag and then asked me if I ordered French Fries. I said no. She then said rudely, "Why did you take a bag that didn't belong to you then?" I gave it back to her and said, "Why did you give it to me in the first place" since I didn't order that. She said rudely that I should have known since the bag was so small. She then asked me if I ordered some other food items on the McDonalds menu (can't remember What they were), and I told her I didn't order that either. I told her I ordered a chicken sandwich and then she rudely asked if I ordered a McChicken or a crispy chicken sandwich. I told her that it was the latter. She asked for my receipt and then saw my order on the screen and gave me the food I ordered. I was so shocked the way she treated me that I immediately called McDonalds to talk to a manager and the same young lady answered the phone asking how can I help vou. I asked to speak to a manager, and she repeated again asking how can I help you without even acknowledging that I asked to speak to a manager. I immediately hung up the phone because I knew it wasn't going anywhere.
I have been going to this same McDonalds for 17 years and have never been treated this way. In fact, I have never been treated this way at any eating establishment. I'm a 50 year old Flower Mound resident, and am alway cordial and nice to others, so I don't understand why she would behave the way she did toward me. How was it my fault that she didn't know what my order was and gave me the wrong food, and then afterward still didn't know what my order was? Why would someone like this be allowed to interact with the public? I know it was busy but that gives no one an excuse to talk to another human being that way in any situation. She was working at the drive through window at around 3:35 pm on July 18 in case anyone wants to know. I will NEVER return to this McDonalds...
Read moreThis was my very first time visiting this location. I was overlooked and never assisted. I'm not technology very well learned. I didn't know how to use the kiosk, so I opted to seek counter assistance. I was totally ignored, never recognized or dressed as a customer standing waiting to be served. I usually use the drive-thru because most locations never address the customers 🙄 standing to receive counter service. Just about every location now only concentrate on the drive through customers and only address the Kiosk customers when they call their number to give them their orders and the just leave it sitting on the counter. There is extremely very rarely any true customer service greeting that takes place. Absolutely no eye contacts or smiles. This was one of the very worst I have gone to in weeks. I only went inside because the three participants of a school event asked to go here because it was just a little over a mile from Flower Mount High School. Would I ever patronize this location again only by drive-through, never the inside service again. Would I recommend this location absolutely 💯 NO!!! I'm not angry, truly I'm not just extremely disappointed. On a positive note, their french fries 🍟 were the best I've had in a while. They were fresh and 🔥. Not old...
Read moreWent friday night with my son to have a coffee, ordered a frozen mocha frappe and large fries in addition from the kiosk located inside. Got a table and waited for 15 minutes before walking to the counter to check on my order. There was no rush with barely 2-3 customers inside and a few drive-thru vehicles, but the staff of young kids were still pretty busy talking to their friends who came in to place some orders. I stood there for 8-10 minutes and no one noticed me standing there. For a moment I thought I turned invisible. I called up one of the staff member who looked bit senior as compared to the kids on the counter and asked about my order. She was unable to locate my order in the beginning, but eventually found it and I think she began prepping it. I had to stand further for another 6-8 minutes before another staff checked with me (finally) and he then began prepping my order. I got it after a minute or 2 once the staff decided to work on my order. In total, I think I had to wait for 35 minutes to get a coffee & a frozen mocha. What is more frustrating is the fact that I stood there for 10+ minutes hoping at least one of the staff member would 'ask' me what I was waiting for - note that the place was almost empty and barely few cars at...
