Ist time! Driving thru Flower Mound looking for a coffee stop that had a piece of pastry. Google sent us here. It was later in the afternoon, however the selection and the freshness of what we decided on from the showcase was pretty good! Tasty!

Not sure on how to snatch the pieces of deliciousness from the case post pandemic, so had to ask. Tongs, tray and go!

Picked a few to go along with our coffee. It was a nice treat. Items were tasty. Atmosphere is bright, a few tables were occupied by internet users, but the atmosphere was good.

The building was clean and inviting, the staff friendly. Had it not been 743 degrees outside, might have sat at a table outside. They have a few outside tables with shade.

Saw they also had sandwiches, chips, drinks, little pizzas and sausage rolls. Also some full desert cakes for purchase rradynto go in the showcase.

Not sure when we will be back, we don't live in Flower Mound; However if we are, we would not hesitate on returning. Had a bery nice stop and some good...

It was the first day, so many of the foods were sold out. However, we weren't greeted when we came in, no engagement about this new place. The employee was loud and said move, which was said with attitude. Then noticed there was plenty of room, and the restaurant was basically only Employee. Employees were talking about personal stuff they were doing after work or the weekend. We were asking questions about cakes, and it was only one person out of five that even made eye contact. She rang us up, but when asked for a bag, she was giggling with co-workers about something and didn't give us a bag or receipt. For the place to have just opened, they provided no excitement to go back at all. First and last visit because the customer service was not there day one. There were plenty of places around, so we went somewhere else where we were greeted with a smile. Even with low inventory I expected staff to be fun of smiles, information about their business, and not be ignored when I come through the door. Not a good...

I had the pleasure of visiting Paris Baguette on its opening day, and while the crowds were immense, it was clear why – everything was absolutely delicious!

What truly impressed me, beyond the fantastic food, was the exceptional customer service. Despite a particularly rude customer in front of me, the cashier handled the situation with remarkable grace and kindness. It's refreshing to see such professionalism, especially on a busy opening day.

A major highlight for me is their commitment to freshness. Knowing that everything is baked daily and that once an item is sold out, it's gone until the next day, truly speaks to the quality. It guarantees that every pastry and treat you purchase is incredibly fresh, not something that's been sitting on a shelf for days.

I highly recommend this Paris...

I visited this new Paris Baguette last Saturday. My experience was not good at all. It was busy as expected for the opening, but the staffs could have been more efficient. Check out desks were very slow. Staffs running around through out the store, which is kind of dangerous. Atmosphere was as bad as expected. Busy and loud. The worst part of the experience was the food. I bought egg sandwich as to go. I came home and tried to eat it and found they used the very last piece of bunt end the bread for the sandwich! I have never saw it before. Even worse was that they put the bunt side toward the inside of the sandwich, which they tried to hide it. See the picture. Sandwich tasted just like bunt bread! They made the sandwich like it at the grand opening, which is unbelievable. Please avoid this bakery.

Mound, and it was such a delightful experience! The hospitality from the manager, Julio, truly stood out, he made us feel so welcome and took the time to introduce us to their new Dubai Chocolate Matcha and pastries. My friend and I were so excited to try them, and they did not disappoint, absolutely delicious! What impressed me most was Julio’s warm hospitality. Instead of us just ordering our usual favorites, he encouraged us to try something new, and that made the experience extra special. This kind of genuine care and attention is what keeps me coming back. There’s truly something magical about this place. I can’t wait to return with my girlfriends again and again, it’s become one of our favorite spots. Highly recommend!

It was my first time trying this new French bakery and gave a 4 star. Only because I haven't tried most of the baked goods. I'm not a fan of the chewy donuts. I liked the fruity and creamy croissants. It was late in the afternoon, so perhaps the available goods were not as fresh. Coffee (caramel macchiato) is a 4 (using Lavazzo Italian coffee) versus Starbucks (5). Taste was the difference (subjective). There was a tiny fly 🪰 in the display case where the hotdog croissants were. Hmm. How'd it get there, I don't know. But I'd still go. I'll try the Lewisville area (I think there's one by I 35).
