Greeted upon arrival and seated immediately. Very friendly staff with a great waitress. I ordered the smokehouse pick 3 with honey chipotle crisps, smoked jalapeño cheddar sausage, and a half order of brisket quesadilla. My oder also comes with fries and a garlic toast. Some time after we had all ordered one party members order couldn’t be made so we were let know and the order had to be changed. First round came out and the reorder only arrived slightly later. Manager came to table personally to apologize and explain that the chili was going through a change of vendor and compensated with a different item, fantastic guy very friendly! We realized we were missing a max and cheese and let someone know that we just didn’t want it and to take it off the bill. Again our service was excellent!!!

Fries 5/5: Crispy and potatoey! Good temperature with a fantastic salty seasoning, a great fry!

Brisket quesadilla 5/5: Top edge crispy and crunchy to perfection, brisket soft and squishy due to the shredded cheese, very great with sweet, savory, and Smokey sauce!

Garlic toast: 2/5 Soft no crunch taste like it was the oven bankable from Walmart .

Cheddar jalapeño sausage 5/5: Perfect snappy casing casing filled with juicy meaty inside with hot spicy kick and cheesy counterpart. Fantastic sausage!

I had a bad experience here. I’ll never go to this flowery branch location ever again. I will give credit where credit is due. The only good notes I have about this place is that seating was fast and the host was very polite. As usual, our server was friendly and did the routine what she’s “supposed” to do. We got our drinks, put in order, and got our appetizers fast...so far, so good. No complaints here. We had another guest/friend that came in 10 mins after we’ve already ordered and he put his order in. We waited a whole HOUR for our food. It wasn’t even that busy. I know what busy is because I know what a busy day in a restaurant is like because I used to be a server. A busy day in the restaurant sucks. Getting back to the story, it wasn’t busy at all. My friend who came in 10 mins after my group got his food before us. So we started complaining to our server and she said she’ll check. Where in the hell has she been doing?? Our drinks haven’t been refilled, we haven’t been asked if we were ok or even checked up on. Customer service sucked. She came back with our food and she got 2 of the 5 dishes wrong. The salad looked like it had been on the table for awhile. Whoever was quality control sucked and did a piss poor job to even let the food go out the kitchen. We told the manager the situation. Worst visit, if you don’t mind the drive go to Buford or Gainesville for a better quality food and service. This is how my visit when, I called at around 9:45 pm to ask if they was open, they said yes until 11:00 pm we drove 16 min, when we walk in at 10:18 pm “the hostess” said WE ARE CLOSE! i explain to her I called in before coming and I was told you guys close at 11:00 pm, she then said ok and took us a party of 5 to a table, waitress come over asking for drinks I told her we are ready to order food and drinks since you guys are ready to close, drinks, food and dessert was in at the same time, we waited 10 min for our drinks, (we understand she was the only waitress available) so no pressure we understand, after a few min another table walks in got served in les the 25 min when I ask our waitress she said, oh they only order a salad it’s quicker than what you guys order they got a salda and some other appetizers, we still trying to understand why they got served be for us.
