Idk about this location anymore. The only reason I stop at this one is because it’s in between my ride from my house to work. I have a closer one to my job but I try to have time to eat before getting to work and this one is a couple exits up. Anyways, I think I will be switching to the one closer to my job (3405 Atl Hwy) bc it has better customer service. This location is always packed with people trying to get into the shopping center, you will prob sit at the light a couple times to get in and then struggle getting out of the parking lot. The first compliant I have, I was already having one of those morning and I stopped at this location and ordered a frozen coffee and when they handed it to me through the drive-thru window they handed it to me without the top secure on and it spilled all over me and into my seat and down my door on the inside of my car, everywhere. I was wet going into work and smelled like spoiled milk all day. When it spilled all over me the employee said “can we help you with that” but said it in a way as if it was my fault I just spilled it everywhere. I asked them to refill it for me at least and they jus put the rest of what was at the bottom of the machine in my cup handing me back the same sticky cup not even full. Second complaint I have was today (7-27-19 at 11:44am, Saturday) and I pulled into the parking lot which, like always, was backed around the building. I pulled into line and was waived down by a skinny looking boy with a vest on motioned to go around the building, I rolled my window down and asked “will I lose my place in line?” he then rudely responded with “idk, it’s policy” no smile nothing and continued to wave me to go on. I’ve been to busy locations before and the employees will direct the traffic in the parking lot but I’ve never had one be so rude. I then went around the building to end up in the same spot two seconds later where he took my order and I went to hand him my card and he said “at the window”, didn’t even look at me and walked off. I’m sorry but I always pride Chic Fil A in their customer service but today he kinda ticked me off. I saw him then take an order from the car behind me then go to walk inside looking frustrated. I know we all have bad days but I have 10+ yrs in customer service and you have to suck it up Especially if you’re working for a company that is known for it. If you can’t handle your position then you don’t need to be there. But on a positive note I will say the food is always fresh at this location and the taller white male manager on duty that day (7-27-19) was really kind and was helping his employees in the busy area of the restaurant which I appreciated...

Review: Y'all, let me tell you about my recent visit to the Chick-fil-A in Flowery Branch, Georgia! 🐔💕 First things first, the food was downright delicious, just like always! 😋👌 Each bite was a heavenly delight, bursting with flavors that'll make your taste buds sing! The freshness of their ingredients? Oh, you can taste it with every savory mouthful! 🌽🍅🥬
But darlin', I must admit, the staff was a tad different from what I'm used to at Chick-fil-A. 🙇♀️ They were mighty efficient, I'll give 'em that, but they were a bit short and to the point, bless their hearts. 🙅♀️ I reckon that Southern hospitality, the warm and welcoming charm, was somewhat missing on my visit. It's like they forgot to sprinkle a dash of that extra kindness on top. 😔💔
Now, don't get me wrong, I managed to squeeze in a "my pleasure," but it felt like an afterthought rather than a heartfelt response. 😔🙏 When I dine at Chick-fil-A, I expect to be embraced with that sweet, Southern hospitality that makes ya feel like family. 🤗💖 That's what sets Chick-fil-A apart from the rest, and that's what keeps me comin' back for more!
To be honest, I'm unsure if I'll be returnin' to this specific location unless I'm in dire need of some Chick-fil-A goodness. Only if I'm truly desperate! 🏃♀️💨 Hospitality should be the crown jewel of their employees, my friends. After all, it's the magical ingredient that makes a meal truly memorable! 🌟💖
So, here's my plea to Chick-fil-A: y'all gotta do better! 🙏👏 Keep servin' up that finger-lickin' good food, 'cause it's always gonna be a crowd-pleaser. But never forget the importance of that genuine Southern charm, the warm smiles, and the heartfelt "my pleasure." 🌺💕 Let it shine, y'all, and make every visit an unforgettable experience!
Chick-fil-A, I believe in y'all! 🙌🎉 Bring back that vibrant, southern hospitality that makes our hearts skip a beat! Keep the food scrumptious, the service delightful, and make every customer feel like they're comin' home to Mama's...
Read moreNever in my life did I think I’d have to give a bad review to a chick fil a, but that day has unfortunately come. This location, particulary. My family and I frequent chick fil a. We love the food, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the customer service. We always get the same foods, made the same way. Today, while visiting this location, we ordered some food, the same way we always do at all the other locations. I requested, per usual, my sandwiches to be cut in half at the drive thru. The girl looked at me and said “ idk how to do that on the menu “ and scurried inside and spoke to someone. When she returned, she told me they don’t do that here and she would be happy to give me a knife instead. While I was in drive thru waiting, i proceeded to call inside and speak to a manager. Never has this ever been an issue; I know, because plenty of other locations have done this for me, with pleasure, no hassle no problems. I’ve voiced this to the manager Maddy whom I spoke with, and she responded with “ well at this location, we don’t do that here, I’m not sure what other locations do that for you but we don’t do that here”. I asked her if there was some sort of allergy or cross contamination issue preventing them from doing so, or if this is something new that they have changed, and was told, again, that nope, there’s no reason, other than they refuse to do it and they will not do it for me. Now I have to drive all the way home to cut the sandwich so my son will be able to eat it and not be messy in the car. Talk about a hassle, inconvenience, and most importantly, no actual reason besides “ we don’t want to do it”. I will not be going to this location anymore. I am truly annoyed and disappointed. There’s absolutely no reason as to why other locations can do it but you all...
