Mattress Firm Flowery Branch — Hotel in Flowery Branch

Very pleased with my entire experience at Mattress Firm. My husband and I came in to "try out" different beds and feels because we'd made the decision to purchase a bed-in-a-box online and just needed a basis for comparison on our plush-med-firm stance. Upon arrival, Beau was incredibly welcoming to me, my husband and our two monster children who were running around like wild animals (yes, we really need a good babysitter). He was patient with us as we worked our way around the store lying down, asking our kids for the 100th time to stop running around, and trying not to fall into a slumber leaving him there to wrestle the children all by himself. You can tell he understands that a mattress purchase is a true investment (I mean $$$ - mind blown), and that we should spend the time necessary getting a good feel for what we want. We eventually ended up on the blessed Sealy Posturepedic, which I think he said is Mattress Firm's best seller across the company. Add in the adjustable base with massage, and you've got yourself two tired parents who completely forgot about the budget online mattress! Add in the luck that the mattress and base were in stock and able to be in my bedroom in a mere two days' time, and you've got yourself a deal. Such an easy process. But I'm not done.

FFWD to two days later, Calvin and Nick show up at my house to set up my new bed. These were the two friendliest and caring delivery men I've encountered of late. They took great care in getting my mattress and base set up and walked me through how to use my new fancy robot base. They also bagged up my old mattress and brought it downstairs to the new room where it will reside. They did all of this with a smile on their faces. Such gratitude for them for their help with this big purchase!

I went in with a strict budget and Gina was able to work with me to make it happen. In and out in no time which helps after a long day at work. She did not try to sell me things I couldn't afford. That's the worst! Thanks so much Gina! Update: I believe in being transparent in my reviews. I had the bed scheduled to be delivered but it later conflicted with my work schedule. I called the store two weeks prior to delivery and spoke with Gina asking her to move the date one day earlier. Unfortunately it wasn't entered. I have been trying to work with the store but they are even having trouble "unlocking" my order from the warehouse. Was given a robocall asking to accept delivery for the day that didn't work instructing me to confirm or to cancel. Since that day did not work I had to cancel the delivery. The robo call said to contact the store where I bought it from for delivery. I tried doing so,but the order is still locked. I had such a good experience in the store but trying to get what I already paid for, delivered in a timely fashion is proving to be quite a challenge. This process needs to be re-visited Mattress Firm, especially since I bought the bed...

Iggy was super helpful and made sure we left with a bed we’d be happy with for years to come! Definitely recommend

EDIT: although I had a wonderful shopping experience, I will not be purchasing another mattress from Mattress Firm (nor will I be leaving reviews prior to receiving the product). I was scheduled to have my mattress delivered today, I had to take time off of work to make sure someone would be at the house to receive the mattress. I called for over an hour this morning to check on what time the delivery would be there (they are suppose to call you the night prior, which really doesn’t give you any options to contact the store and rectify any issues since they close at 8 PM). They informed me that the adjustable base I was sold was not in stock, so they just weren’t going to do the delivery today, and my only option was to take a delivery on Friday and receive a different adjustable base. So now I am out a day of work and will not be receiving the base I was sold, but a “comparable” model. The salesmen are nice but I would definitely not recommend, bad customer service....
