Hardee’s — Restaurant in Floyd

I'm only local to the area for a part of the year for the last 3 years. I give it a try every time I return to the area to see if it improves. Sadly the burgers have always been very cold. The meat patties are room temperature and the cheese never melts. It's been like this consistently over the last three years. I also tried the chicken tenders and they taste as if the oil was old. They were very juicy, just had a somewhat rancid oil taste to them. I will say the chicken tenders are not always like this as I have had them in the past and they were good.

I have talked to the manager in the past about the cold burgers and was told that it would improve but that hasn't been the case. I guess being the only fast food restaurant within 20 mi allows them a take it or leave it attitude which is too bad because I've been to many other Hardee's and they usually have very fresh tasting burgers. I would like to add though that the staff has always been friendly.

This is probably the worst fast food place you can go to by far it used to not be horrible I’ve been in floyd for 15 years and I’ll never go back after today ordered my food and my order was wrong again every time I go there it is never right they tell you to speak when your ready then when your ready they tell you to hold on if you get chicken tenders don’t ask for ranch because they’ll give you honey mustard every time but atleast you get sauce though right no if they can’t get anything right they just need to shut the place down and that short big girl that works drive through is rude and make sure you check your recipes bc I paid for my gravy biscuit twice and was missing a biscuit and two of the biscuits were supposed to be sausage and egg nope to lazy to grab the egg I guess people work fast food and act like they work in the coal mines tighten up if I could put a check on all the options...

It was good for Hardees we got 2 biscuits a tea and a water. I got the pork chop biscuit and the forgot the gravy but it was still good just not what i ordered lol. I know people say eat it and go on and that's what i did but if we are not going to get what we order then why not just drive around the building and just let them give us whatever? Anyway, my wife got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit it wasn't nearly as good as mine she only ate half of it so i tried it and yeah not very tasty. The first thing it was greasy like to the point there was a puddle of greasy in the wrapper that got all over everything. The bacon was salty and...
