The Maggie Gallery — Attraction in Floyd

We started our visit of the town with our first stop at the Maggie Gallery, and we are so glad we visited there first! Brenda was so kind, as was Suzanne, and Badger (the dog) was a friendly "host", as well. We purchased some artwork (so many great pieces by local artists) and jewelry. A few of the local ladies stopped by and we were given great information about the town, and after an hour I was ready to MOVE to Floyd! The local Humane Society was holding an adoption fair the day we visited and it's so cool that the Gallery facilitates this as they have the perfect location right on Main Street! Lovely gallery with original art, prints, cards, magnets, and other gift items. Artwork is by local artists in VA and NC. Prices range from a couple bucks for gift items like bookmarks on up. The lady running the place was very friendly...

A place you must visit if you are in Floyd, VA. Lots of awesome artwork...lots of variety of artists. Something for everyone. Great people....
