Was in on the night of March 22nd.. around 8:15 PM. I typically won't leave a bad review just to point out a terrible employee but I am kinda sick of this one particular lady here and she needs to go.
Tonight in particular was horrendous. The younger blonde girl was there 30 minutes past her shift end apparently and was getting ready to head out. Mid checkout the other female working with her, had a mild freakout that she was leaving before she took care of something with the food counter. Said something like: "Do you not see all this?" and pointed at the meat section of the counter. Nothing really looked out of place to me. The younger girl just respectfully stated that she was supposed to leave 30 minutes earlier.. she responded with: "whatever" and walked away. Sounded like the younger girl stayed late out of courtesy. But that apparently wasn't good enough. I felt terrible for this younger girl who was working with the other lady.
I had to reach around the counter to grab my sub and receipt because she walked off. Every time I am served by this lady she has a terrible attitude, no customer service skills, and the sub is horribly assembled. She is a terrible worker.
If I come back again and she is working, I will probably just go to a different subway. Its not even worth my money or time. She treats customers and...

When we called to let them know an employee simply said “well orkin was just here” and we said “okay that’s great but there are earwigs in our food” and the employee literally says “okay well if you bring them back then we can remake them” 1. As if we are lying about it and 2. As if we would eat anything from there again!!!
The employee was not helpful and could care less. We threw all sandwichs away and got our money back from DoorDash. Just an fyi there are bugs here be careful
