The Station Coffee Co — Restaurant in Flushing

No frozen reheated garbage here. After my usual double-shot dirty chai w/ coconut milk here I simply don't enjoy it anywhere else or at home anymore. Not only are the food and drinks made with quality ingredients and special attention and care they're made right every single time. The attention to detail from the paper bags (no plastic) to the seasonal stickers that cover the sip-hole make each visit exciting. The lotus energy drinks are refreshing, my kids love the homemade oversized cookies. There's a drive-thru which we utilize almost every visit but anytime we go inside we're treated like we're guests in someone's home. I hope this place stays open forever it's often been a sanctuary and a large enough 'small treat,' for my husband and I that we feel good about on hard days. The coffee they use is also made locally. It's clear that John and his family are walking the walk when it comes to keeping the coin local. This is my favorite spot in Genesee County and I recommend it to everyone!

I recently went inside with a friend and she and I moved outside to chat and John stopped what he was doing to bring out chairs and a table just for us. I felt respected, cared for, and treated like a human being should be treated... the way I would treat someone else.

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and bagel. Bagel was great, it comes with a single serve cream cheese, which I thought was rather small, but it was enough to cover the bagel - I might get extra next time. They have two types of bagels, plain and everything. However I didn’t love the burrito in comparison. It comes with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and potato but the sausage overpowered any other flavors, I couldn’t taste any bacon. I thought it was odd that both proteins were included anyway, since you typically get to pick one or the other. Anyway, there is an option to add salsa verde which probably would have been a smart addition in my part, but I declined while ordering. Overall I would come back for another bagel or to try a drink. They also have smoothies, cookies, muffins, and of course plenty of coffee. Inside seemed comfortable enough for individuals or couples, but not really a sit and work on your laptop type of coffee house. This place functions better as a to-go service rather than a hangout. Staff was nice and they made ordering easy by explaining the menu. Countertops were clean and they have a restroom...

This place is a gem. My favorite coffee shop not just in Flushing but in all of Genesee county. Their bagel sandwiches with fresh pico are delicious, the coffee is great and some of the specialty coffees are really, really good, the cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins and smoothies are all excellent as well. My daughter is an extremely picky eater and this is the only place she will get a smoothie from. The owners and staff are so friendly and kind. The place is exceptionally clean and is so cute. The decor is great, and it's a very welcoming atmosphere. My kids actually ask to go here so that they can play the arcade game and the little games they have. We always look forward to eating here, whether dining in or getting takeout and have had great food, great coffee and great service every time....
