McDonald's — Restaurant in Foley

So understaffed and yet those who remain bust their bottoms to get every single customer taken care of. Two ladies in specific -one with super short blonde hair and the other pregnant with tattoos- both deserve a raise. They were holding it down on their own for the longest and didn't cause a ruckus nor a scene about it. I've never gotten a negative attitude from anyone here for needing an order corrected (on the rare occasion) which is actually very surprisingly pleasant. We've all been a victim of the forgotten drivethru order walk of shame into the building before. It happens, that's just life. But the people of this Mickey D's establishment really do their best to provide their best. And let's not forget the dreaded McDonalds broken McCurry machine curse. This happens to EVERY location, it's gotta be a scam for something. Funnily enough, I think this location's machine has only ever been "down" maybe twice since June. Their frappe machine was down this past weekend but between these two issues that all locations share, this specific store/restaurant is clearly towards the top of the "fix it list" with corporate or the franchise owners (not sure how it works) because that is 80% less than any other drive thru with the same name. Anyways, this is a super clean location too. Anyone who has worked the food industry, especially back of the house, and knows the typical appearance would agree. This place ain't dirty, lol. Where to begin, It was after the Mardi Gras parade, so we expected it to busy but oh goodness this place was a mess, the bathrooms were nasty there was a box of ceiling tiles on a tables and bugs. The bathroom was disgusting. Now to the staff and their customer service 😡, we went in and my 14 year old daughter went to the counter and asked if the ice cream machine was working and one of the employees said it was, so we ordered two Mcflurries, a strawberry milkshake, two large coffees, two apple pies, and a coke ice. 20 mins later, they came out and said their ice cream machine isn't working, so we asked for a refund and ordered 4 apple pies. We were told it would take 13 min to make them, and we said no problem. We asked for our coffees, and they brought us out 2 small. I said we ordered a large one, and they said we are out of large cups. When my husband asked if they had anything one employee started to give us attitude and said my daughter was a lier, and I asked her what her name was and she refused which ok fine then I asked the store manager what his name was and he refused. I asked for a refund for our coffees, and miraculously, they had a whole bunch of large coffee cups. We come to OWA all the time, and we will never eat here again. I will drive out of my way to another one before coming here. It took over an hour to get our 6 apple pies and 2 coffees ànd we never got...

Literally the rudest lady ever. I ordered my breakfast payed exact change to make it easy on the first window cashier (white lady) Drive to the second window, This lady was an older black lady. I tell her that I payed, she says I didn’t, calls the first lady, she says that I payed, the second lady hands me a bag of someone else's food, I hand it back, and she literally ripped the bag how hard she took it out my hands. She was very rude, even though I literally did nothing to her to deserve that… I eat here just about everyday before work, and I am not coming here anymore, until she is no longer employed or is disciplined on how to talk to people that did nothing to them. I work with people who are actually rude on a daily basis, and I STILL treat them with respect. I even offered to drive forward to let them take care of the cars behind me. It’s literally the one black lady who is the problem. She was being disrespectful to the rest of her coworkers as well as me. This isn’t even the first time i’ve seen her be rude to people…How is someone like this still employed? I cannot be the only one with a distaste for this rudeness when i just want a coffee and food before a 12 hour shift. Please discipline her,...
