This classic donut shop opened recently and is awesome. I tried the chocolate log with custard, and the custard tasted different than other places. Rather than haphazardly squirting some custard in, they cut the back of the donut and added a whole layer of custard so the donut was extremely full. I hate when parts of the donut are dry and random pockets full, so I love this detail.
