I have been a regular customer at this Capriotti’s (Caps) that opened up about five months ago. The sandwiches are pretty darn good. My faves are the Bobbie (hot), Classic Italian, and Italian Sausage. They have sizes from half, small, medium, and large sizes. They also carry salads and fries.
The Bobbie sandwich is Thanksgiving turkey dinner stuffed in a sandwich… turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. You can get it hot or cold. I like it heated up a bit. For an extra couple of bucks, you can get turkey gravy to dip your sandwich into. The gravy is pretty tasty. Cap’s only uses Italian sandwich rolls. Plus unfortunately, Cap’s do not offer any gluten free bread… aww shucks. But they do offer sandwich bowls served with spring mix.

I showed the sandwich to them, and they just said, they can make me another one which I said no. I hate to give a new business bad rating which might affect their business. But it is a big NO to find hair in the sandwich. The hair did not bother me that much that the way they handle the situation. No apology or reaching out to our table and ask how they can fix that terrible experience, or they could offer a refund for the food that I returned. And I am not saying all my money, at least for the portion I returned. I believe if a business in food industry would like to survive, they should learn how to handle situations that happened as the result of...

It was literally like eating chicken and bread with a little cheese. Not sure if they just forgot to season the meat or add a special sauce? The most flavorful part was the mustard I added. When I got home I added some pesto and chick-fil-a sauce so I wouldn’t feel like I was wasting my calories, food and money. For $15, not sure I would go back again. I’m willing to give it another try only if I had a really good coupon or if it was free. Also, they forgot the tomato I added. Photo of my sandwich with the sauce I...
