I experienced the worst customer service the other night by an employee there. I am usually pretty patient and can understand when places are busy but for an employee to be out right rude to customers for no reason that blows my mind. I called in an order and was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after making the order. When I got there I was told by Kayla (if that is her name) that she did not answer any calls, I informed her that someone told me it would be 15 mins and she told me it must have been before their timed orders registered. My name was on the screen and it said it would be 5-10 minutes, I asked her if that was correct and she said no more like 20 more mins. I decided to wait. After 20 mins I asked for an update and she was instantly short with me and told me it would be 40 mins, I reminded her that she told me it would be 20 mins, 20 mins ago...at that point she looked at me and said "want me to cancel your order?" No apologies for giving out the wrong estimated time (twice), just instant attitude as if it was my fault. At that point I asked if that was the only solution she told me either I cancel or I can now wait an hour. I told her I could not believe who rude she was and that if I was told the correct time I could have waited at home. Again she just snapped at me to cancel my order. I cancelled my order and wanted to make sure it would be refunded as my mom dealt with her a few weeks back and had to cancel her order but has yet to get a refund. This is when she turned the screen around and started tapping the screen while yelling see see see? Again shocked that she was so rude I mentioned again that I could not believe she was acting this way. I acknowledge that I could see that they were busy and appreciated how hard that they were all working but could not believe the level of her rudeness and horrible customer service. Read moreWe ordered at 9:07pm a simply two medium pizza with a side. The tracker didn't give any notifications until after the quality check at 10:37pm. We had to call at 11:08pm to check the order and see what the status was because we still didn't receive any notifications. We were told the order was done by they were waiting on a delivery driver and it would be another 40-50 minutes until delivery. So we opted to cancel our order since we waiting two hours in the first place. They told us this Location has one driver. So why offer delivery if you can't meet demand? Why not just offer in store pick up only until staffing issues are corrected? The employees don't seems happy. The girl on the phone "we're hiring if you know anyone," doesn't confirm if we're getting our money back and just hangs up. We had to call back again to verify our money was being returned. Management is definitely lacking at this location. We've never had issues in years past. So it may be Covid that's turned this place upside down. Not mad at the employees more a less dissatisfied and disappointed with the management running this place. Read moreThere's a review on here from 4 months ago talking about how the delivery driver didn't deliver the pizza to the right place. This exact same situation happened to us and the exact same response from the manager was used: "this driver has never made a mistake and I'm inclined to believe him". We weren't doubting that the driver dropped off the pizzas - in fact, we suggested the pizza was accidentally dropped off at the complex next to us, as it has happened with other deliveries before. We went to the other complex and picked up the pizzas, called the Domino's to tell them, and said to cancel our order as they said they would remake our order. We then received a call from the delivery driver who refused to listen as we attempted to explain that this is a common mistake, instead trying to talk over us and tell us that the address he delivered them to was correct.
