Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Folsom

I've been wanting to try Jersey Mike's subs! My friend from NJ says they're great! Well, they were good. I still love sourdough & co, They put more meat on theirs. The people working were absolutely not peopley. Not ONE WORD from them! The only time one of them spoke was to ask if I wanted 🥑 and didn't even look at me. It was super awkward quiet between themselves as well. I noticed one guy standing at the front forever. Nobody acknowledged him. He walked in before us and was still standing there as we left. We actually had to guess where to go up and order. Is this like subway where you go along the line? Or like Sourdough & Co, where you go to register and order?? Well, they weren't going to tell us! First I want to start by saying, I really like the sandwiches here. With that being said, the customer service is mediocre at best. Went and picked up two large california club sandwiches costing over 30 dollars for a football game. I start watching my game and open up my sandwich and the avocado was brown. Not the brown from a little time on the sandwich, but brown when it went on the sandwich. So after the game I take them back, not having eaten yet, and they tell me I waited to long to bring them back. WHAT!!!!! You ruined my game and you won't even replace them??? Wow, so I ask to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was not going to come out and that I waited too long. The girl at the front even said that the avocado was brown when they put it on my sandwich due to the avocados they were receiving were not the best. SO TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF THE PRODUCE YOU RECEIVED WAS NOT GOOD...

Nothing but good things to say about this Jersey Mike's location! Our non-profit had an event where we needed over 600 mini subs for event - we asked for the team to deliver it if possible. 600 subs before 10am is no easy task. Rob and the Folsom JM team went above and beyond for our event, communication was great, and everyone loved the subs and the nice addition of oil & vinegar for guests to individually add what they want. The food was delicious, fresh, and packed. Running an event is stressful enough and having Jersey Mike's take care of the food was a huge stress reliever for our team.
