Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Folsom

Ordered on Halloween at 11:45AM. Went to pick it up at 4:30PM and it still wasn't ready. What are the employees doing all day long? People were coming in, ordering and picking up their pizza when I ordered 6 hours in advance. They offered a free side and free pizza next time I go but they ruined my Halloween and caused me to miss the football game. Will be getting my free pizza next time and a full refund or I'll have my credit card company do a charge back. I don't care if you have 200 pizzas that you have to make, that is not my problem. I don't hear their excuses, If someone orders 6 hours early, the pizza should be ready all it was was a pepperoni pizza. Definitely not coming back to this location only when I am picking up my free item. Will be going to the location in greenback even though I live down the street from this one.

Was contacted by a corporate person who offered to give me a full refund 3 months ago but have yet to receive one. They also refused to accept my free pizza coupon that came with my botched Jack o lantern order from Halloween recently. Why add coupons if you don't want to honor them? I'm going to to the El Dorado Hills location from now on IF I choose to do business with this company again and drive further instead of giving this location business. I have been getting pizzas from here for a few years now. They usually make your pizza within 5 minutes with good ingredients (and generous amounts). I call in the order and drive to the store a minute later, the pizza is waiting for me. All I have to do is pay at the register. I almost always use a coupon which I get plenty of in the mail. They've always accepted the coupons as well. I've noticed a lot of the employees are high school students, which is great that they're getting the opportunity to gain work experience and make some extra money. Grabbing that Papa Murphy's pizza was like hitting a jackpot! My pals Amos and Andy and I fished the Johnny Cash Bass Derby out on Folsom Lake yesterday, and did pretty good but nowhere near the top, so we just did a catch and release. And..Let me tell you...it was hot on the lake, and I mean hot...like your best friends sister hot! It was all we could do to last till 2pm. We were fishing on Andy's boat and he keeps it in the Kingfish's barn, and everyone knows how much the Kingfish likes his Saturday Pizza, so we whipped into Papa Murphy's Pizza and got some pizzas and salads to take over to Kingfish's place.
