I understand working in anything related to customer service is going to have it's struggles but this was out of place. There was a 45 minute wait, which was an inconvenience to me, but I again understand that sometimes that's just how it is in customer service. A 45 minute wait just to get the wrong order. Again, I wasn't mad and understand that mistakes happen. I had my fellow passenger get back in the drive thru whilst I went inside with the bag of incorrect food. Immediately one of the workers tells the employee that was working the drive thru that my order was wrong. The first employee turned to me and said they'd fix it. No problem! It wasn't until the drive thru employee came to me absolutely confused about the issue and made it sound like I had somehow misplaced my own order? And that it had to be the right order because she "gave me the correct drinks."?? She kept asking me where it was and how it didn't make sense that it was wrong. I understand this conversation with your boss regarding this confusion, but asking the customer where it is as if they were somehow responsible for its whereabouts was not what I expected. I get expressing your confusion, then apologizing, and saying that we will get you your order, but what I got was not how the situation would be handled. However, the other employees did a great job about accommodating me and immediately made my order all over again. I do also have to mention though, I was able to overhear conversations regarding the employees and there seemed to be a lot of mistakes being made by the drive thru employee. You saving money like this? Ruined my dinner 2nd time. I was so hungry and ordered here again my bad my first experience was so trash as well. when came home what I see my all food was half. And they squished all our food for 3 people in one medium sized bag no handles on. All my food got out of my burritos beans were pinch of in my chalupa all it was filled of lettuce. Fries were like little bit and forget about the melted cheese lol it was a joke container was like little bit half of it. Now I know why the employee was laughing when the other employee was squeezing everything in one medium sized bag. It’s so upsetting and have some respect for people and their hard worked money. When we pay you full price you should have give full portioned food. You guys are so pathetic for your food service. It’s not worth it making money like this. And your dry burritos are the worst. Read moreThis is for the manager to read please:) I use to come to this place once in a while. Today I came here and noticed a lot of burned oil smell! It was too much I felt like the air is toxic to breath!!! I asked if they can turn on the fan so the air could circulate and shockingly they said the store dose not have a fan and they have to turn on the heater and thats why there is a smell! I’m not sure what that means by I kind of ran out of that place and I not think it is healthy even for the workers to breath there!!! I even suggest to open the door for a while for circulation and the lady said we are not allowed to that also!!! So I think the manager should take some action regarding this matter! Or maybe change the silly rules as not allowing to keep the door slightly open for circulation! Am I not right ? The people working there might not feel the toxic air and smell as they stand there for a long time and they got adapted to smell but it’s not healthy!
