I went thru the drive thru and when I placed my order I asked for cris cut fries with one of my combos. Daisy who is apparently also the manager at this location repeated it back to me correctly. I pulled to the window and after paying they asked me to pull out and park out front which I know is a tactic to make their drive thru numbers look better. So I went ahead and pulled around to park even though I hate when they do that because they always take longer to get my food that way. Well the girl that brought my food out asked if I had ordered regular or cris cut fries. I told her Cris cut. She then took my food back inside to correct the order. When she came back out she informed me that Daisy had told her I hadn’t ordered it that way and would have to pay extra. I was furious because I know the other girl knew I had ordered it that way or why would she have asked me what kind of fries I ordered. I told her I would not pay more for Daisy’s mistake and to just give me my food. I honestly can’t believe that this is the kind of customer service their manager provides. First I had to wait extra long for my order which helps pad her numbers and make her look better and then she refused to fix HER mistake without charging me more money. I ordered it correctly or why would the other employee have asked me if I had ordered Cris cut fries. Obviously her employee knew what I ordered and when she questions her boss she says to give me the regular or charge me extra? My parents and I are regulars at this location and honestly every time this manager is there the customer service is terrible. Read moreStrangest and most rude employee I (seriously) have had the misfortune to encounter. . On Monday January 30, around 10pm I went to Carl's Jr. I went to the drive thru and I said "Hello?" a female answered with "Yeah?" I was taken aback by the strange and unfriendly "yeah" but nevertheless I started my order of 2 spicy chicken. Female employee then replied "I don't care" I said "What???" Immediately she says "I didn't say anything" (I really wasn't tripping on it too much as I was thinking maybe she was talking to someone she maybe working with but when she answered me , it was , the way she said it. I said back to the her, to the speaker, " No, I clearly heard you. I heard you say something" To which she said "Whatever "No you didn't" 2 cars in front of me... When I got to the window I said to the girl with black hair who told me the amount owed and I recognized the voice I said "You know it's really not that big of a deal if you said anything, but I heard you. She takes my $$ and as she returns with change looks at me and says as rudely as possible " You didn't hear anything" Needless to say I was not going to be comfortable eating any type of thing this girl would be handing me, so when she did I told her I didn't want my spicy chicken sandwiches any more because I didn't trust it. Manager comes , I tell him that I don't want my food because she has acted so strange and rude I don't trust the food. He apologized and I got my $. I still have no idea what that girls...
Read moreSo sad how far this once really good establishment has fallen. I remember the days when my dad would take me to Carl's Jr and me knowing I was about to eat a really good burger. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Carl's Jr seems to be more concerned with speed than getting it right. I have a hard time picturing myself ever stepping foot in one again.
As I entered this Carl's Jr, I gazed around and saw a dining room that had been neglected. The supervisor or manager who took our order almost made me leave before paying. She looked utterly unhappy, no smile or interest in being there at all. She made no eye contact and I could barely hear her speak. Still, I decided to give it a shot and stay.
As my family and I sat down waiting for our food, I saw several people who came in after us get their food 1st. We got our food and suffice to say, were thoroughly disappointed. My Super Star lacked flavor and my nephews Double Western was lacking flavor as well. From our service to the cleanliness of the restaurant to the lack of flavor in our food, it was tough to admit that Carl's Jr simply does not have "It" anymore....
