Ordered on the app for pickup. Sent me to the wrong one. I understand it is not the fault of the employees at this location, but here's my issue: Because the app sent me to the wrong location my two drinks were sitting there for longer than I had wanted. Once I arrived, I could see my drinks on the pickup counter crying out for me, but the gentleman in front of me felt it necessary to guard the counter until HIS order was ready. I smoothly moved to his side after waiting roughly 2 mins (several employees saw me come in and wait), and gave a polite "excuse me." The barrista who seemed to be handling the pickup counter looked up at me and kept on keeping on with other orders. Another young lady started picking up random items, totally ignoring me. I had to raise my voice and tell them my order was right there and had been sitting there while I waited patiently to be acknowledged. Never again. The app failed that day, as did the zombie-like, inattentive employees at this particular location. Read moreIn my 40+ years living on this planet Earth, I have given only one negative review on a food store. Usually, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. If things happen out of their control, I just let it go. However, it seems to me there is some sort of "I do not care" type of service here. I ordered Grande Match Latte less ice with cold foam x2. One for me and one for my niece. I got the drink pretty quickly as I was the only customer on the drive-thru on a Friday night ~ 9-930p. When the barista handed me the drink, I just happened to look at it. He quickly says, "oh it just melted, but still good" - huh? Not thinking about it, I left. Then I took a sip, I realized what he meant by "melted". The whole thing tasted like watered-down. No ice, yet the drink remained cold. Both my niece and I drank about half and throw it away. My opinion (no proof) is that we were given an order that was sitting there for a while. I don't mind getting something that someone has canceled as long it is new/fresh. I just want them to give me exactly what I paid for, nothing more...
Read moreWent on Sunday Sep 13 around 12:15 pm. Drive through very very busy. opted 2 go inside . Ordered 3 drinks after waiting 15 minutes 4 my order I went 2 the car 2 wait. Noticed the drive through was going through faster. I should of went 2 the drive through. After 10 minutes I go back inside my order still wasn't ready. I waited for another 7 minutes & went 2 the counter & asked 4 my order. 1 drink was ready had to wait 4 the other. She makes my other drink & I tell her I still needed 1 more. She tells me that I only had order 2 I said no it was 3 not 2. Then she told me that I had to wait until they made my 3rd drink. I said I wasn't going 2 wait for another 35 minutes. She asked me if I wanted the other drink I had 2 get in line & order the other 1. I told her I wasn't going 2 get back in line & wait 35 minutes 4 the other drink. I was upset & just left. I'm never going back 2 this Starbucks again. The employees r very super slow rude...
