WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Fontana

I was told, "if I don't leave, authorities was going to be called". At 3pm I order a chicken bowl before work. When I got off around 830pm I asked for my money back. The chicken was so rough to swallow, I kept having to spit it out. She went towards the back to make a phone call to her manager to find out the protocol. She came back to tell me that she couldn't give my money back. I asked her why not. She went back to make another phone call to her manager, to come back and tell me she can only remake my bowl. I told her I didn't want another chicken bowl that was suppose to be made right the first time. I wanted my money back. She spoke to her manager on the phone once more and came back to tell me if I don't leave authorities were going to be called! This made me upset because I wasn't rude, loud, or knocking things down. I don't need another chicken bowl, I only wanted my money back, and the whole time I'm dealing with a person that had to call her manager three times because she didn't know the answer to my question. I didn't go in there to start problems I just wanted my money back for chicken that was either over cooked or that wasn't fresh at the initial time of purchase. I asked where can I find the policy where it says I can't get my money, she clearly didn't know that answer. When I asked the lady behind me if she wanted a chicken bowl, the employee told me I was unable to do that. Train your employees waba grill and at least state on the receipt that there are no returns and if anyone tries to, they will...

I placed a mobile app order on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at the Sierra Lakes location. Upon having dinner at home, I am missing avocado (which I paid for it) on my plate. Plus the salad that comes on the plate is missing dressing. I have eaten at other Wabaocations and just want to let you know that the Sierra Lakes location experience is very disappointing.

To the management running this location, please retrained your employees and have them read the order for accuracies. Certainly would try Waba Grill again, but I won't be coming back to this location due to lack of training and incompetent employees who simply can't read an order that a customer paid extra for avocado on the plate. This is unacceptable for a location who traffic volume is not busy...
