This location needs greater oversight. They are very inconsistent with the quality of service. At times they are understaffed. Even when they have adequate staff, they are sometimes rude, dismissive, and impatient. Last week, as I walked up to the line, a employee who Ill call #1, was filling a cup with rice and instructed employee #2 to work the line. Neither one of them acknowlweged me. Employee #1 took her cup of rice to the chopping station to add some steak. She then went to the back and returned a few minutes later. Seemed like she went to sneak a bite. Meanwhile, employee #2 acted as if she didnt understand what #1 said and didnt immediately come to help me. Instead she walked over to a group of about 4 or 5 staff who were standing around the chopping station talking to each other. Eventually someone came over to help me but she acted like she was unhappy to be doing her job. Today, after I waited in line, they notified me they were only accepting cash because the card machine had "literally just went down a second ago". Literally less than five minutes later when I came back with cash after spending $3.50 to withdraw money, I see that they are accepting cards. I place my order and the employee sloppily makes my burrito. I ordered guac with my meal and was upset to find (when I got home) that it wasnt actually guac. It was pure avocado, no other ingredients. It was bland and a complete waste of my money. The burrito was inedible because the ingredients were so thrown together (a bite full of cheese, another of rice and meat, but never all the ingredients like it should be). Total...
Read moreThere are many reasons why this restaurant is doing things great. This review was going to be an amazing 5 star experience up until the very end things changed. I placed a pick up order and instructions state to simply walk in at the designated time and pick up the food from the pick up area. I walked in at that time and it was not done yet. No worries, meanwhile I waited I observed others walk in and do just that, just picked up their food from the shelf. I was also noting many attention to detail on how truly clean the store was (except for the super sticky floors) the team was very busy cleaning and that was very impressive. The team had good communication. They seemed to also have very good communication skills and treating customers so nice. Except, the young lady asked me my name on the order. I told her and she challenged me on it and questioned if it was for me. I said yes. That's my name. She said are you sure or are you picking up for someone else. I said no it's for me and that's my name. I didn't understand what the motivation was other than that my name is typical for a woman. I don't think that I needed to be drilled or judged by my name. This over all should have been a great review. Other people meanwhile were walking in and picking up their food no questions asked. I ultimately was handed my food but with an everlasting bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunate. But the food was good FYI. Perhaps I should consider creating a fake male name to avoid this...
Read moreOver the past year, I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances — at least six separate visits — and each time the customer service has been below average, with frequent issues of them being out of key ingredients.
One example that still stands out: I came in around 9 p.m. and asked for chicken, only to be told they were out for the night. I noticed they had some at the online pickup station and politely asked if they could use that for my order. The employee told me, “Sorry, that’s for online customers.” So customers who haven’t even paid yet get priority over paying customers already in the store? That makes no sense. What happens if they don’t get enough online orders?
I decided to leave without ordering that night, but unfortunately, my return visits didn’t get better. Most recently, just last Monday at 8:30 p.m., they were out of white rice entirely. It’s hard to understand how a location can repeatedly run out of core menu items well before closing, and it feels like a lack of effort to make more food.
Chipotle, I know you can do better. This store needs to improve preparation, inventory management, and overall...
