El Sinaloense Tacos and Beer — Restaurant in Fontana

VISIT IF YOUR EXPECTATION ARE BELOW 1 STARS. .Great to visit, if you want to be told that you ate there to steal their food after you told the owner; their service and food is not what you expected. Even after you told them you paid for their food, so they take no lost. Owner, definitely have no idea how to handled hard customer service situations. I do not want to take away from their Karaoke performers. I spent about $1K the previous year during a business visit. Covid, made everything different. Service and food, 100% different. This is when averyone, was going to a tought time. I came back after a year. NOT THE SAME. Service very poor, waitresses do no listen to your request because they are overwhelmed with more than that they can handled. The orders are wrong and delayed, not to mentioned, how rude the Manager/owner was. Is the last place any good hispanic should visit to spent their hard money. Father's day, what a disappoinment to my father it was. I brought my concern to the lady that was proving us with our drinks and food but she brushed off. Lost caused. Very rude and condescending, very poor customer relationship. I started to explained but i was stopped by a " what exactly do you want". Nothing to do after that, i told my kid and wife we have nothing else to do here. I ended paying for the drink and food tha we didn't eat, to be accused of trying to skimming of their services even ater paying them over $250. You want to be verbally abuse for service you are paying for and be mistreated then this...

Talk about a difference in opinions! My wife liked a couple of items and I didn't. We found this place on yelp since my wife was in the mood for some birria and they were open til 10 pm. When we got there the dining room had a few occupants but had plenty of tables. The dining room was nice and clean, and they had some music playing but it wasn't loud.

The birria was pretty good in my opinion, my wife agreed on that. On the side I ordered a taco de birria that was also a quesadilla. The taco had a lot of birria with melted cheese and it was seared on the flat top in the birria juice. I had never had anything so damn delicious! I had 2 of those but could have easily gone for like 6 more.

Where my wife and I disagree is on the tacos. We had tacos de asada and carnitas on the side and we felt totally different about them. I felt that both the asada and carnitas lacked flavor, she felt like they were good. My only other dilemma was that they don't have fountain drinks, only a few bottled beverages. The customer service was just fine, and I can see myself coming back...

I read all the reviews and most of them are negative because of lack of better AC, service slow, semi frozen tamales and things like that. My experience was ok; their buffet had very good pozole, good ceviche tostadas, beans. The rice was a bit dry, they run out of tostadas for the ceviche and they didn’t put more out until it was almost time to leave. Dessert table needs lots of improvement, hardly anything to choose from. They had some not very appealing pizza for the kids and chicken nuggets but nothing to die for. They did have good singers in the Mariachi band! It was quite busy and tables were very close together. Service was slow and I did have to stop a young lady to request a refill. It was our first time and I’m willing to give it another try. Maybe if they read their reviews which should be constructive criticism, they will most certainly do their best to improve in the areas where they’re...
