Epic Wings — Restaurant in Fontana

Terrible service. Waited 25 minutes for my food while I looked at the cashiers fumbling around with customers orders. The cashiers were passing around an order back and forth like it was some game. They were playing around laughing and such. I get it your bored and it's been a long a day but you told me the food would be ready in 10-15 minutes and then I saw you guys playing with the food. Like really?

I asked the cashier for a recommendation since it was my first time here and she didn't know what to say. Just an overall blank stare.

It's expensive. The prices are way inflated. I can double the value for my money at some regular burger joint than this place. Plus the food is below average. The fries are soggy and cold, the wings are forgettable, the sodas are watered down LITERALLY, and the bread that they give you is stale.

Do yourself a favor and go to Wingstop or better yet go to Pizza Hut order some wings and call it day.

I will say the atmosphere was decent though. But don't go here...

Ordered to go: 3 sets of 6pc wings, 3 fries, 3 ranch cups.

All sets of wings were in plastic containers with a pool of sauce, as if they spooned the sauce in and just dumped the wings on top. They were not properly coated. Maybe that's their thing? We're supposed to shake them? Idk.

The fries reminded me of In n Out fries. They were about twice as thick and lightly salted but the texture was where they were very similar to them.

The ranch was thick and creamy, a very close competitor to Wingstop ranch I'd say.

I liked the fries and the ranch although I feel the fries might've been even better if I ate them there freshly cooked. But this place is supposed to be about the wings and the reviews let me down on that. I do not agree with them when they say they are better than Wingstop (although they have their ups and downs depending on the day and location)....

I came to order two combios and one of them I didn't get a drunk and it costed me almost 30 bucks unacceptable, on top of that I ordered combo 3 and I only got two tenders and the location in rancho gave me and I asked why and the manger or supervisor didn't want to honor that. He said they closed already and didn't want to remake my food when I was willing to pay for the extra food. I will not be coming here again and I will let my friends and my family about this. I hope the manager can reach out to me if not yeah I will not come here again. Two small tenders...
