Panda Express — Restaurant in Fontana

My personal opinion, at this time don't expect much. While it's drive thru and walk up order at the front North door and pickup on the East side door next to the Drive thru exit. When I placed my order I had to wait for someone to take my order and then I had to wait fo that person to bring my order to the other door which I had to figure out where your supposed to pickup your order, the person puts your order on the table at the door and walks away, then I had to try and figure out away to get her attention to get some sauce and napkins that were not in there. I've been other Panda Express's and I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the food but this place it could be because of the what is happening with the COVID-19 situation, but there's no excuse for the quality of the food and the way it's being served. I pass this Panda Express every day on my way to work. There was always a long wait for the drive thru and the walk up pickup. I'm not sure if this place is worth a second chance. I've noticed that the lines are getting shorter and shorter every day and the other business are getting busier and busier. I'll keep a watch out and maybe I'll give it a second chance and I'll do an update review. Until then everybody stay...

Usually tasty food and good service. But not today. Today I ordered food to go online, but when I got to the location, there were signs up that they were only doing drive thru. What! There were over 16 cars in line, and if you have ever been through a panda express drive thru, it is not that fast. Finally decided to knock on door, mostly got ignored at first, but I was insistent. The clerk I finally got to open the door tried to insist that everyone had to go through the drive thru, do I asked for a refund. Lol. My food was immediately handed to me. It was already bagged and ready to go. So the question is why when their website is taking to go orders, and the order is clearly ready, they wouldn't just hand it over in the first place? If I had sat through the drive thru while my food had sat there bagged up, it would have been soggy before I had been able to get through the line. Until they stop this nonsense, I will not be going back to this panda express. I took the time to write this, because people should be aware before they order online that this silliness is happening. ...

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible service. I ordered a two plate entree at the drive thru. When I got home I noticed I was missing an whole side and the serving size was smaller than usual for my beef and broccoli. When told to the manager named Mario he laughed and said that’s why it’s broccoli and beef. It’s mainly broccoli with three pieces of beef. Was rude throughout whole conversation. When asked for corporates number he failed to provide and claimed he doesn’t know it nor have any access to it. Did not feel confident in returning to location for my missing items when the call all I hear is laughter and him being snarky. Didn’t trust he wouldn’t mess with my food. When asked if corporate’s number is posted in the location for guests to see if requested he replied no then said goodbye and hung up. When I still had questions. Overall horrible service, missing items, food quality is poor. Wouldn’t trust this location because of lack of knowledge and professionalism from Mario’s behavior.
