They are out of that right now. (Happens a lot) Only accepting cash. (At weird times) 80% of the time your order is incorrect. (Yes 80%)
I'm assuming this is a franchised store, coul not be a corporate store but who knows. Listen this store needs a complete management restructure. From what I have experienced going to this store several times is that the people are respectful and professional. The food tastes great, the problem is the order is wrong most of the time, or they forget to hand you something like a drink and you have to turn around to get it if you notice before you get home. I don't know if the cook isn't trained enough or the person taking the order needs more training. Either or after reading several reviews which share my same opinion I know I'm accurate in these experiences at this Taco Bell.
Who ever owns/runs this store it's simple I'll help you out. Train your people correctly and accurately to ensure quality and that things are done correctly. Stock up on items, you should be well aware by now what you need to stock up on and what is running out more than other items, it isn't that difficult to stay on top of things. Accepting cash at certain times doesn't make sense to me at all? I've never been to a Taco Bell at any hour and have been told this before. (Except at this location) all forms of payment should be accepted at all times unless a system outage. Train your cashier to repeat the order twice, once when ordered and once more when accepting payment. This will ensure accuracy and will ensure everything is indeed correct. Communication between the cashier and the cook. If someone doesn't want onions but would like to add sour cream. The cashier should repeat the order to the cook to ensure the food is prepared correctly and accurately.

I’m the only one in there nobody came up to talk to me or ask me for my order for at least a good eight minutes when they did approach me, they told me to order from the screen tablet I wish they would’ve told me this in the beginning as I walked in I only have a 30 minute lunch the two guys in the back talking about things on the phone One lady was on lunch as I walked up to ask him can I please get my cup he told me to hold on he’ll give it to me With my order I don’t see what the big deal is I was thirsty I wanted something to drink And then, when I received my food, I ordered four tacos and one cheesy Gordita they gave me three mild sauce. I asked if I could have a couple of extras. He gives me three more OK as I’m eating my tacos all I was tasting was The shell and lettuce I opened it. There was so little meat inside, same with the Cheesy gordita. and the tortilla on the outside was cold and still kind of raw maybe it tasted raw because it was cold if I’m paying 16 something dollars for a meal I think I should get a decent meal for it I didn’t want to ask for them to fix my order because they were already giving me a attitude for asking for extra sauce like it was a big thing I didn’t want them to spit in my food or something. Blaze Pizza every 3 months. This location I do get food from once every 2 weeks or so. The staff here is amazing. Friendly and courteous. Always patient. And most importantly... They have never gotten my order wrong. Mistakes happen to us all. I'm sure the staff here has made some. But, at least with my orders here? Always been 100% accurate. Always correct.
