1st, I am not mad or upest as i write this. I've been to this Wendy's many times over the years. I'd say 20-25% of the time my order had some kind of mistake.
This last time was it for me.
1st Rude, or lack of knowledge. I'd think they should have a policy or an way of accepting a mistake. A knowledge of there job. Making the customer feel whole, ECT. If anyone orderd, went home only come back... " 2 trips " IMHO there should be accountability from them regarding this period. Time is money for everyone.
2nd Quality of the oder. Sloppy, missing, or not the way you orderd, always asking for napkins ECT
If they get something wrong, swiftness, a apology, fresh food (something) "IMO" should be a given. Not tonight for me. To many times in the past doesn't help either.
3rd The attitude i was givin tonight for their mistake was incredible. All I wanted was what I paid for. 2 trips, I really could've made it 3, But Hungry and late. The human factor sometimes is lacking at these places. " IMHO " I Understand they are mostly kids... But... Respecting your customer shouldn't ever be a issue, This is lost here. I'll never go to this one EVER again. How times have changed is not an excuse I will ever come to terms with. The customer should always be treated as such. If a customer is rude ECT, the customer deserves nothing but the givin.
The details about this could be a small book. I always think about this. People handling our food... It could be tricky. There's no telling what they can do to a customer food. Especially if they don't agree with you, like you or have a problem...
Read moreI’m an Uber Eats driver and I dread going to this place. The food is good and they have some good staff there. However, a few staff are testy and a few bad apples do ruin the atmosphere of a business. There is one large and tall guy named Jesus that is full of passive aggression to say the least. For some reason every time I come in he becomes very controlling as if he is trying to prove something. Today he dared call me “papa” twice for some reason or another. I think it was meant to trigger me so I made sure to be patient. I don’t need to be insulted or bullied in a place I frequent every now and then to deliver Uber Eats. Well, one of the other cashiers asked if I needed help and I calmly said no and I said “that guy” … ahem … Jesus … to her. Inadvertently, Jesus did not take that well but he made sure to bottle that up. The story is not over. Once my delivery was bagged up he slovenly put in the customer’s requested napkins and plastic dinnerware. His voice was overly loud and hostile though feigning politeness … hence passive aggression. He said here you are sir and have a blessed day. I made no eye contact and kept my reserve and took the order. Management, please speak with him. He does have an attitude problem and can’t help but show it in that secretive way. The rest of the staff works hard and cooks well, but when you have a jerk patronize everyone in an unchecked manner like that it drives...
Read moreSo I went to the drive through at about five forty yesterday evening After I got to the second window. They decided to tell me they were out of chocolate frosties and offered me a couple options which I did not want. Sorry requested my money back. Which obviously upset both the girls working counter drive through and Front So after waiting for my change. I'm putting up with a little attitude which I understand they were busy. But I did not want to substitute. So I got my change and the girl said here's your sandwich. When I got home and got a couple bites of it. Obviously not the sandwich that I had ordered. And it was old and rancid. I spent the following 12 hours, vomiting and very sick lucky. I did not end up in a hospital at my mature age. Anyway, my point is, I'm pretty sure that the kitchen staff gave me an old rancid Sandwich on purpose. And I wanna say to, I was very polite and I was not rude, I just did not want anything else besides what I ordered. The franchise owner should be very concerned about his kitchen staff and employees Doing childish and immature stuff that could get somebody violently ill and...
