Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Fontana

I ordered a very simple bagel with avacodo. When I came home and unwrapped it and took a bite. I noticed that the avacodo was not ripe I looked in the sandwich and the avacodo was also black and 5 pieces still had the peel on it. I called to ask the actual employee that made my sandwich why she would put this avacodo in my sandwich. Apparently to her! It was eatable and nothing wrong with it. She stated that they put them in the microwave to soften them up. Which they shouldn't be doing. She then proceeded to talk back and argue that what she did was ok and that there was nothing wrong with the avacodo she put in my sandwich. The pictures tell it all! I don't think anyone...

I started stopping by this store in Fontana when it first opened and was pleased with the service and the menu items. But lately I haven’t been satisfied with either. Just this morning I bought a jelly filled donut and found there was exactly one small bite that had the filling. I have also gone in and was blasted with music so loud that the associate couldn’t hear my order. You have to ask for napkins because the dispensers are empty. How much effort does it take to refill the dispenser? I see a new Dunkin’ donuts shop nearby will be opening up soon. Guess where I’ll be going...

Stopped by. Great location. Downtown. Strange signs outside for tortas. Threw me off. Went inside. Cashier barely spoke English and didn’t understand much Spanish either. I asked for a bear claw and he had no idea. I had to go point to one to show him. Then I looked on menu and they make bagels. Croissants. And Mexican tortas. Well I left with my bear claw. Disappointing. The first finger has no filling the second finger has a glimpse of filling. Finally stopped and opened the bear claw, barely any filling in it....
