The products are nice but the customer service was terrible. I’m black, not latina. I came in for some authentic bakery items and food. My husband and I got some crazy looks. We were left unattended in line waiting to order tamales for at least ten minutes, while the employees gazed in our direction and didn’t say a word. The cashier told us our total in Spanish which is totally fine I don’t have a problem with that, but I told her I didnt speak Spanish, and she looked at me like I was crazy. Owner very uptight and gets aggressive because I had made a comment on one of the prices wasn’t arguing about it just made a comment like”damn 4 dollars for a regular size chip”owner started to say if u don’t like the prices go somewhere else and got very rude cause I asked for change of a $20 dollar bill many other people have told me this aswell that he is very rude when it comes to changing bills…well wouldn’t recommend also I bought some bread a strand of hair came out of it.I was surprised on how some of the other stores there are very good and how this one particular is very bad in customer service needs...

Maybe the regular baker called in sick today... At a buck-fifty each for a chocolate covered donut, I expected decent tasting “Dough-nas” I instead got large chocolate covered (chocolate thinned way too much and transparent in spots) donuts that tasted like sourdough bread dipped in old grease.
