La Nueva Guadalajara — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went here on a Tuesday evening a month ago. Place wasn't too packed.

I was visiting from CA, and my sister was in the mood for tacos. Found this place after a Google search review. The shopping center looked a little sketchy and was mostly filled with Korean and Mexican stores, so I had a good hunch this was going to be legit. We ordered 4 tacos de lengua, 4 asada and chorizo. I was thoroughly impressed by the taste. I definitely didn't expect to find good tacos in Columbia, but I also learned there's a decent size Mexican community here.

Overall, for a guy from California, I was really satisfied with the tacos. If I had stayed here longer I would've loved to try the other items on the menu. Definitely recommend coming here...

I was overcharged a friend and I went there. The tacos are $1.75 each I ordered four. 1.75 * 4 = 7. 7 * 10% = .7. when I arrived I was told the total was $8 now you would think that this is just a small amount but I don't like being misled and it's not like it was a mistake my friend order 6 tacos and her total should have been 11:55 instead it was $12 even which means that they like to round up. furthermore it took longer than what I was told for my food to be ready even when I called in the head. and the tacos were great the shells were falling apart and the meat was salty which means it must to...

I eat here on occasion when I don't cook. Tacqueria Guadalajara has excellent charcoal flavored chicken, along with sides of rice, beans, lettuce, avocado, and salsas. Prices are under $10 per person, unless you are famished.

Tacqueria Guadalajara has grown substantially over the past five years when I first tried it. The establishment is neat, there is a sense of community, and the staff is friendly.
