I took my iPhone to get the cracked back glass replaced only with no other issues at the time. The technician damaged the housing on the phone when repairing the back glass and the side buttons stopped working. When I noticed this, the company offered to replace the part they damaged and I had to wait a few more days to get the phone back. When I got the phone back the second time, we noticed there seemed to be some adhesive/sealant missing around the edges. Everything worked at the time so I didn't think anything of it.. But over the next few days, the screen randomly started popping out of place from the other half of the phone. This would happen from just placing the phone on a counter or table....it wasn't even being dropped. When this happened, I called the technician and asked why the phone would be popping out of place like that. The technician responded by saying they don't use the same adhesive as Apple and it's not as strong. I asked the technician if they think that may have caused the screen popping apart from the other half of the phone, and they said I would have to speak with the owner about this because the cost of the repairs is more than she could authorize. The owner did not contact me about this matter and I had to follow up with them two days later. The owner refused to accept any accountability for damaging the phone and would not cover the cost of replacing the screen. They offered a partial discount on the repair, but they should have covered the entire cost since they...

Highly Recommend! I went in probably 20 min before closing with a completely dead screen, phone was still on but the screen was black. Just trying to get answers, didn’t think they could do anything right before closing, but Heidi (I know she spells it differently) said she could fix it right then, no problem. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! They also have really nice phone accessories for very reasonable prices. I had a broken screen and camera lens on my Iphone XR....Britt repaired the screen and cleaned and replaced the camera lens in less than 2 hours...everything was done right the first time and the experience there was first class....I was going to upgrade my phone but instead I will keep my phone. I also purchased a warranty on the screen cover which I think is a great value. I definitely recommend iTech Connections for any phone repairs... I have had less than stellar results...
