Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Grove

Barrington. The manager on duty tonight only managed to make me feel anger, disgust and total disappointment in Dominos. I wish there was more people there to see how horrible he treated me as a customer and how unqualified he is as a manager. When I picked up my order tonight as I was getting ready to pay at the register I noticed an employee walking up to the front scratching their head and what happened next would havr made anyone upset. She began to work with the raw dough. I brought this disgusting issue up with the lady helping me at the register and she was obviously uncertain what to do it say and brought Barrington the "manager on duty" over to "resolve" the issue. He resolved nothing. All he managed to do was offend me and talk to me in a very derogatory term making comments like, "sir are you TRYING to get a free pizza, is there hair in YOUR pizza, I'm not a psychologist and I think your just trying to start problems." I couldn't believe how this individule was challenging me instead of making things right and helping me as a paying customer. On top of everything they ruined my wing order. I planned on fileing a formal complaint, but after getting home, hoping the food I paid for so my family and I could eat tonight was made by that girl that clearly isn't aware of food safety. I had to call and let Barrington know I wanted my money back and he didn't even let me ask. I was hung up on. I felt horrible, powerless andI can't believe Dominos Pizza, my favorite pizza would let degenorits like this POS of a person represent let alone manage one of...

I ordered a Memphis BBQ chicken pizza last week with no onions. I specifically ordered this pizza for my 3 year old grandson who has autism. He has major food aversion but by some miracle he has added this specific pizza specifically from Dominos to the few foods he will eat. I buy him a whole pizza even though he's only going to eat a couple slices because I know it's the only thing he is willing to eat. I get home and the pizza has onions on it. I didn't want to bother with complaining about it so I just made the best of it. I ordered another pizza tonight again with no onions and light sauce. I get home and tried to give my grandson a bite of the pizza but the sauce came squirting out all down the front of him and now he wants nothing to do with it. It's really frustrating to order pizza a specific way and not get it that way. If customizing it isn't available, that's one thing, but if you offer the option to customize the pizza to work for what you need, then it would be nice if it actually came the way you ordered it. Frustrating when you already are struggling to get a child to eat and now you have to figure out something different that he might possibly eat for dinner, since what you just spent $20 on is obviously going in the garbage. Tonight dominos, with it not only being Friday the 13th but being smack dab in the middle of the holiday season, was jam packed with people. My boyfriend had already placed an order so I was in no rush. The poor people at dominos were trying their best to keep up with all the pizzas orders. But I knew it was getting the best of them. They were cracking jokes with me while I paid talking about the stylist and how it should be called a space pen. It was refreshing humor and really lifted my spirits. IF ONLY IT WASNT RUINED BY ONE CUSTOMER you know who you are .... (let's call him T) I GET IT YOUR ORDER WAS MESSED UP, ACCIDENT HAPPEN, LEAVE THESE POOR PEOPLE ALONE. IT'S PIZZA IF YOU WANTED FAST FOOD GO TO MCDONALDS.
