During the early morning of Friday, July 19th, 2024, a single IT update resulted in global havoc, causing stores providing services to temporarily close. Hannah kept her head. When her store was slammed with morning customers eagerly awaiting their favorite beverage of choice and not accepting that the store's computers were inoperable, Hannah kept her head. Tilly or tally whatever her name is. This person is such a rude human. I don’t understand how certain people work customer service. If you really hate your job what are you doing there. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve come across her with my coworker and always turns her back on us when we are wanting to ask for something. Ignores us completely. Makes us feel so rushed and in general just sounds irritated and annoyed. Not only that but the ugly stares she makes. Wow I’ve never felt so unwelcomed at a Starbucks. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and ask for the code for the restroom. The barista immediately says "so we have a new policy, only paying customers are allowed to use the bathroom." I had to explain that I WAS a paying customer, and they were nice enough after that but the damage from the location itself has already been done. I don't frequent businesses that care more about not having to do cleaning checks than about human beings, and I'm VERY tired of being treated like a homeless person just because I'm on foot and I work a physical job where I can't dress nice every day.
