Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Lake

My husband and I bought 3 pizza's and tried to buy a crust do to cheese allergy in a few family members and no sauce as well as tomatoes allergies in some of the children in the family. It was for a birthday party. Bambi was working and denied our family purchasing just the crust. She told us we had to order a pizza with toppings. We asked to keep the topping on the side. Bambi refused and said all topping had to be in the pizza despite allergies of kids for a party. Bambi demanded that we apologize to a gal working the register because of a request we made. We still are unclear as to what Bambi wanted an apology for. We did nothing wrong other then explaining we do the same thing at other locations due to said allergies in kids. We waited in line thinking our pizza's would be made. Bambi waited about 10 minutes and told us she was refunding our money and denying us services. Bambi claimed we made a scene simply by making a request of needing crust. Bambi told us she didn't have to follow the rules for other Papa Murphies locations, because she it is a franchise location. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. We ordered the stuffed crust cowboy pizza and garlic monkey bread. I followed the directions for baking the pizza and and set a timer for 20 minutes so I could put the garlic monkey bread in to bake for the last half of the recommended time for the pizza. Well when I went to do that the pizza was done after 20 minutes and not the 32 - 40 minutes as on the directions. So beware of this so you don’t over bake your stuff crust pizza. The garlic monkey bread is pretty good but plan on have extra dipping sauce at home because the little container that they give you is not enough for a family. I forgot to mention the stuff crust pizza was good but, there wasn’t much cheese in the crust and no it did...

I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas. One Famlily size pepperoni with extra pepperoni and one large with sausage and mushroom with double mushroom. I didn't watch them being made but noted they were made by two different people. When they came out the family sized one was lighter than then smaller one and looked a bit off. After cooking, the large pizza was excellent, but the Family size had no cheese inside. It only had pepperoni and very little sauce. Major fail. I didn't call to complain as I live too far away to come back for an exchange or credit. Please inspect your pizzas or watch them being made, I suggest. I gave 3 stars only...
