Starbucks — Restaurant in Forest Lake

Okay so on the afternoon of 8/26 me and my mom came here and we ordered two drinks. A venti iced green tea latte, and a grande mocha cookie crumble with white mocha instead of regular mocha. First it was chaos in there with virtually no wait. It was myself and mom and maybe two other people, and from the drive thru what we could tell maybe three cars. My moms drink was first to come out, and her green tea latte had whipped cream on it, not sure why as she didn’t ask for it, on top of that, from the drinks stand point there was about an inch and a half of foam in the cup rather than drink. Secondly my drink, I’m not sure why happened, but first from the looks of it, the one girl making my drink messed up and dumped out whatever she had made at first, then proceeded to make a “new” drink.... yeah whatever that was, was also wrong. It tasted as though there was coffee, and caramel in it. This drink is supposed to taste like cookies and cream...... I get it, there are new people that start jobs, but it seemed as though no one working the shift knew what...

The location is very convenient, right off the exit so you can stop quickly then hop back on the freeway. Well, maybe not quickly. The Flake location is extremely slow. The drive-thru line is almost always wrapped around the building and takes awhile to clear up. Long waiting times. Also, not to mention, they’re always out of things. Over half the time I come here, they’re out of dragonfruit base, usually the berries, or lemonade or something. Usually can’t get a dragonfruit refresher from here so I get caramel macchiatos instead. I only stop at this location if I’m desperate for Starbucks that day. I prefer the Cambridge location much more. However the baristas are always friendly, never have had a problem. I got a cup from here too once and it had a huge scratch so they let me exchange it for a new one too. My main suggestion is only come here if you have time to spare. If you’re in a hurry, you’ll be late to wherever...

Was just at starbucks september 13th at around 2:30pm the guy taking our order kept making us say our order over and over again he wasnt understanding the order then I didnt get extra carmel on my frappicino my dad told guy that we ordered light whip he argued and stated that was light whip cream then takes the drink from my dad removes the lid gets rid of the whip cream added new whip cream puts hardly any carmel on top the whip cream on my drink them smashed the incorrect lid on my drink so the whip cream and carmel stuck to the lid so I got no carmel because of him i went to try my drink and its not what i ordered and the sticker clearly shows thats it's the incorrect drink i didnt get a carmel frapicino im very pissed off. my sister also got a drink a iced white chocolate mocha there was barely any ice in her drink and she her wasnt very cold at all she was also very pissed off very un...
