Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forest Lake

They screwed up my order I was already on the freeway so I tried to eat it it was absolutely disgusting so I called to complain that they got my order wrong and that I had a hard time eating it. They said they would compensate my order that I just have to go in give them my name and they would fix it . I told him it would be a while. I don't get down that way very often and then I live 40 minutes away. They said no problem. So again I went there again to get my order compensated and placed more of the order for my wife getting to the checkout line. They said they would not honor that because it had been too long . So again I didn't get my order left again starving . Like I have a 3 yr old he has aten 3 times since I had breakfast . I am hangry. I will never eat that dog food out of desperation again nor will I do special trips for my wife or my son ever again I am forever done. The only way they can keep repeat business is it's too late. Nothing else is open cuz I can't see how anyone would stand in line for that service. I am calling corporate. I can't wait to get home to get something to eat. I am starving!!! Don't ever eat there. I know my family will never eat...

I forgave that there has never been guacamole on my order that includes guacamole (7-layer burrito), I forgave that there is ALWAYS cheese on my 'Fresco-Style' order. But today I went, and they managed to rip off the entire top of my burrito, then still served it to me. I didn't know they served open-faced burittos (sarcasm).

I know its a Taco Bell & I don't expect much because of that, but how on Earth do you mess up someone's order that bad and still serve it to them? I understand missing ingredients, because they're moving fast and must just miss them, but that was a huge, obvious mistake. I'm not paying for much at a Taco Bell, but I AM paying for a burrito that, you know, is in a tortilla and is folded like a burrito, I really don't think that's much to ask.

Ordered the chalupa meal I believe #6 but got beef and added chipotle sauce to it with hard shell as well as couple other meals and 5 hard tacos extra and 3 soft extra the chalupa had barely anything in it, tiny bit of beef little lettuce one big glob sour cream on the edge of chalupa so mainly on wrapper No chipotle of course, they forgot hard tacos as well as soft, only had the 3 that came with the 3eals none of the extra I ordered, every time this place is missing food , barely any meat on the tacos, the Mexican pizzas taste nasty its the shells they taste like rotten peanuts is the only thing I can think of what it tastes like l.
